Abstract:V nalogi je obravnavana tematika projektiranja in optimizacije montažnih linij. Cilj magistrske naloge je bil izdelati in preizkusiti nov algoritem za razmeščanje operacij montaže po delovnih mestih, ki bi poleg razmeščanja linijo tudi optimiziral. V nalogi so predstavljeni že obstoječi načini razmeščanja operacij po delovnih mestih, poleg tega je opisan tudi nov algoritem za razmeščanje operacij po delovnih mestih, ki je bil razvit v sklopu naloge in izmed vseh možnih razmestitev operacij izbere najoptimalnejšo. Za preizkus algoritma se je s pomočjo programskega jezika Python izdelal računalniški program, s katerim so se kasneje izvedli preizkusi algoritma na realnih problemih.

Title:Assembly line design and optimization
Abstract:Master’s thesis describes different approaches to design and optimize an assembly line. The main goal of this thesis was to invent a new algorithm which would be able to find the optimal solution for deployment of assembly operations to suitable working stations. Thesis analyses existing concepts of assembly operations deployment, but it also describes the developed algorithm which is able to identify the optimal solution to operations deployment. In order to test the algorithm a computer program was created using Python programming language and test on real problems from industry were conducted.
