Title:Uporaba merilnih sistemov pri razvoju izdelkov v orodjarni podjetja Carrera Optyl

Abstract:V današnjem času so na področju proizvodnega strojništva zahteve po proizvodnji izdelkov najvišje možne kakovosti zelo visoke. Visoka preciznost izdelave izdelkov se zahteva predvsem na področju orodjarstva. Da jo lahko zagotovijo, morajo uporabljati pri svojem delu najsodobnejše merilne sisteme. Magistrsko delo je izdelano za potrebe orodjarne podjetja Carrera Optyl. V magistrskem delu je izvedenih več meritev različnih izdelkov. Cilj je bil izbrati najprimernejše merilne sisteme za meritev določenih dimenzij in oblik različnih izdelkov. Prav tako je bil cilj podrobneje spoznati določene merilne sisteme in način dela z njimi. Za potrebe primerjave orodja za izsek stekel za smučarska očala, utorne pločevine in STL-modela očal z njihovimi CAD-modeli, je bil uporabljen optični trikoordinatni merilni sistem za 3D skeniranje. Za meritev monoformne maske je bil uporabljen tipalni trikoordinatni merilni sistem. Za meritev predpisanih dimenzij na STL-modelu očal je bilo uporabljeno še ročno merilno sredstvo, in sicer pomično merilo. Meritev orodja za izsek stekel za smučarska očala in utorne pločevine je bila izvedena z namenom ugotovitve, ali še izdelujeta dovolj kakovostne izdelke in kaj je potrebno upoštevati, če se pojavi potreba po izdelavi novih. Podjetje se odloča o nakupu naprave za selektivno lasersko sintranje. Sposobnost naprave je bilo potrebno preveriti na podlagi optične in ročne meritve STL-modela očal. Rezultati so pokazali, da je bil izdelek izdelan natančno glede na njegovo kompleksnost. Sledila je še tipalna meritev monoformne maske, na podlagi katere je bila preverjana naprava, ki deluje na principu dodajalne izdelave in je v lasti podjetja Carrera Optyl. Naprava izdeluje izdelke zadovoljive kakovosti. Vsi dobljeni merilni rezultati so tekom dela podrobno statistično analizirani in komentirani.

Title:The use of measuring systems in product development in the tool shop of the company Carrera Optyl
Abstract:Nowadays there is a great demand in the area of mechanical engineering for the highest possible production quality of the products. High precision in the product manufacturing is especially important in the field of tool industry. To ensure it, the use of state-of-the-art measuring systems is crucial. The Master’s thesis is designed for the needs of the tool shop of the company Carrera Optyl. A range of measurements of various products has been carried out in this thesis. The aim was to select the most appropriate measuring systems for the measurement of different products of specific dimensions and the STL glass models with their CAD models, the optical-based coordinate measuring system for 3D scanning was used. The tactile coordinate measuring system was applied to measurements of the monoform mask. An additional manual measuring asset, i.e. movable measure tool, was used for measurements of the prescriptive dimensions for the STL glass model. The measurement of the tool for ski goggles glass cutting and grooved sheet metal was carried out to find out, whether the production of new ones arises. On the basis of the optical-based and manual measurement of STL glass model, the device for selective laser sintering was undertaken an assessment, since the company intends to purchase it. The results show that the manufacturing of the product was precise according to its complexity. Followed by the tactile measuring of the monoform mask, where the assessment of the device was undertaken, which is in the property of the company Carrera Optyl and is based on the adding manufacture principle. The device manufactures products of sufficient quality. A thorough statistical analysis and discussion of the obtained measuring results will be given in the following Master’s thesis.
