Abstract:Ta diplomska naloga obravnava in raziskuje področje ocenjevanja in nagrajevanja zaposlenih v logistiki v podjetju Novem Car Interior Design d.o.o. Med prebiranjem in analiziranjem obstoječe literature o obravnavani tematiki smo ugotovili, da je za uspešnost vsakega podjetja potrebno ciljno usmerjeno vodenje, nagrajevanje uspešnosti in nenehno izobraževanje zaposlenih ter ocenjevanje uspešnosti. Podjetje Novem Car Interior Design d.o.o ima svoj sistem ocenjevanja in nagrajevanja delovne uspešnosti že izoblikovan in z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da so zaposleni v podjetju s sistemom in z načinom izvedbe ocenjevalnega intervjuja zadovoljni ter da so jim poleg finančnih oblik nagrad zelo pomembne tudi nefinančne.

Title:Evaluating and rewarding employees in logistic in company Novem Car Interior Design d.o.o.
Abstract:This thesis discusses and explores the area of evaluting and rewarding employees in logistic in Novem Car Interior Design Ltd. company. While reading and analyzing existing literature in this topic, we found out that the success of every business needs targeted management, performance rewarding and continuous employee training and performance evaluation. Company Novem Car Interior Design Ltd. has formulated its own system of evaluation and performance rewarding and by conducting a survey, we found out that emloyees approve company's system of performance evaluation interviews and that in addition to financial rewards, they find the non-financial ones also very important.
