Title:Uporaba spodbujevalcev rasti v ekološki pridelavi solate

Abstract:V letu 2010 je bil na solati sorte Marcord na prostem in na površinah Univerzitetnega kmetijskega centra Pohorski dvor v bližini mesta Maribor, preizkušen vpliv dveh spodbujevalcev rasti (Pripravek 1 in Pripravek 2). S tremi obravnavanji je bil zasnovan poljski poskus po sistemu naključnega bloka v štirih ponovitvah. Pripravek 1 se je prvič uporabil na solati, ko je ta imela štiri liste, Pripravek 2 pa, ko so bili na solati trije listi. Iz analize rezultatov meritev dolžine korenin, premera rastline in premera ter višine glave je razvidno, da so statistično značilne razlike izražene samo pri povprečni dolžini korenin, kjer je prišlo do statistične razlike med obravnavanjema 1 (Pripravek 2) in 3 (Pripravek 2). V obravnavanju 3 je bila povprečna dolžina korenin za 1,7 cm večja od obravnavanja 1. Dolžina korenin v kontroli se ni statistično razlikovala od obravnavanja 1 in 3. Pri ostalih morfoloških parametrih (premer rastline, premer glave, višina glave) ni bilo statistično značilnih razlik. Statistična obdelava podatkov o skupni masi rastlin na parcelo, tržnem pridelku, številu tržnih glav, povprečni masi rastlin in povprečni masi glav ni pokazala signifikantnih razlik med obravnavanji pri nobenem od merjenih parametrov.

Title:The use of Growth paramoters in Ecological Lettuce Growing
Abstract:In 2010 the impact of two growth promoter (Substance 1, Substance 2) on the outdoor lettuce varieties Marcord, grown on the surface of the University agriculture centre Pohorski dvor near the city of Maribor, Was tested. Field experiment with three treatments was conducted according to the random sample system in four repetitions. The Substance 1 was applied on the letuuce when the lettuce had four leaves and the Substance 2 when the lettuce had tree leaves. After analysing the results of measurements of root length, plant diameter, lettuce head diameter and height it was evident that statistical differences existed only in the case of the avarage root langht; the statistically significant differences existed between first (Substence 1) and third (Substence 2) treatment. After the third treatment the average length of the root was 1,7 cm larger form the root after the first treatment. The control sample root length did not statistically differ from the first and second treatment. Other parameters (plant diameter, lettuce head diameter and height) did not show any statistically significant differences. Statistical analysis of data concerning the plant total weight on each parcel, tradable products, the number of tradable lettuce heads, the average vegetable weight, and the average head weight did not show any significant differences among tretments in any of those parameters.
