Abstract:Empirično diplomsko delo z naslovom Vpogled v načrtovanje vzgojiteljic obravnava načrtovanje vzgojno-izobraževalnih dejavnosti v povezavi s kakovostjo vrtcev. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pomen in vlogo načrtovanja v vrtcih ter se osredotočili na kurikularna načela in cilje, ki vzgojiteljem narekujejo uporabo raznolikih metod in oblik dela v vrtcu. Predstavili smo kakovost v vrtcih ter vlogo zagotavljanja le-te preko treh ravni s pripadajočimi področji in kazalci kakovosti. V empiričnem delu smo analizirali elemente priprav vzgojiteljic ter ugotavljali, kako se uporaba le-teh spreminja glede na njihovo delovno dobo. V raziskavo smo zajeli 372 dnevnih in tedenskih priprav 14 vzgojiteljic iz vrtca Dobrovnik ter vrtca Miklavž na Dravskem polju. Vzgojiteljice smo glede na razpršenost podatkov razdelili v skupini s krajšo in daljšo delovno dobo. Ugotovili smo, da vzgojiteljice v več kot polovici priprav navajajo temo, cilje, področje dejavnosti ter vlogo otrok. Navedbo enote, predvidenih materialov oz. didaktičnih sredstev, vloge odraslih, metod in oblik dela smo zabeležili v manj kot polovici priprav. Vzgojiteljice s krajšo delovno dobo se v večji meri poslužujejo tedenskega zapisa priprave, sicer pa med skupinama vzgojiteljic ne prihaja do večjih razlik. Navajanje analiziranih elementov priprav vzgojiteljicam omogoča kvalitetno delo in evalvacijo, ki predstavlja podlago za nadaljnje načrtovanje in zagotavljanje kakovosti vzgojno-izobraževalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu.

Title:AN INSIGHT INTO LESSON PLANNING OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS
Abstract:The empirical diploma paper titled An Insight into Lesson Planning of Preschool Teachers addresses planning of teaching activities in connection with the quality of kindergartens. The theoretical part defines the meaning and role of planning in kindergartens and is focused on the principles and goals which require the teachers to use various methods and forms of work in kindergartens. The paper presents the quality in kindergartens and the role of providing it through three levels with corresponding fields and indicators of quality. The empirical part analyses elements of lesson plans and how the use of these changes in relation to seniority. The research featured 372 daily and weekly lesson plans from the kindergartens Dobrovnik and Miklavž na Dravskem polju. The teachers were divided according to the dispersion of data into two groups, one with shorter and one with longer working life. We found that more than half of the teachers indicate the theme, aims, area of activity and role of the children. The indication of unit, envisioned material i.e. didactic means, the role of grown-ups, methods and forms of work were recorded in less than half of the lesson plans. Teachers with shorter working life mostly use the weekly record of lesson plans; otherwise there are no significant differences between the two groups of teachers. Stating analysed elements of lesson plans enables the teacher quality work and evaluation which serves as basis for further planning and maintaining quality of teaching activities in kindergarten.
