Abstract:V diplomski nalogi bomo opisali implementacijo telefonske centrale Asterisk v povezavi s sistemom za prikaz klicev. Po vsakem zaključenem klicu telefonska centrala shrani informacije o poteku klica. Te podatke bomo uporabili za informativne preglede in obračun klicev. Implementacija bo zraven postavitve telefonske centrale obsegala razvoj spletne aplikacije, razvoj modulov za posredovanje podatkov o klicih na strežnik ter razvoj skript, ki obdelajo podatke o klicih in jih pripravijo za prikaz preko spletnega vmesnika. Osredotočili se bomo predvsem na težave pri združevanju več informacij, ki jih generira telefonska centrala v smiselno celoto, katero želi na koncu videti uporabnik preko spletnega vmesnika. Izdelek diplomske naloge bo v pomoč uporabnikom telefonskih storitev, ki želijo popoln dostop do informacij o opravljenimi klici znotraj organizacije. V zaključku diplomskega dela bomo navedli tudi konkurenčne produkte na trgu ter izpostavili prednosti oz. slabosti naše rešitve.

Title:ASTERISK PBX LINKING WITH A CALL VIEWING SYSTEM
Abstract:In this work we will describe the implementation of a telephony system Asterisk linked with web based call viewing application. Asterisk PBX saves information about a call after each one is completed. We use this information for informational overviews and call billing. Implementation will include setting up Asterisk telephony system, developing web application with additional modules for transferring data about calls from client station to server and implementing call processing scripts on the server. We will primarily focus on issues with combining several different call records generated by the telephony system. We need to join all the records into one that will give all the necessary information to the user. With the help of this work, users will be able to reach all the information about telephone calls made in the organization. At the end we will compare our solution with existing ones and review our advantages and weaknesses.
