Title:IZGORELOST NA DELOVNEM MESTU NA PRIMERU PODJETJA ZAVAROVALNICA MARIBOR D.D.

Abstract:Strokovnjaki so si besedo izgorelost »izposodili« besedne zveze izgorevanje goriva, saj gre za podobna procesa. Izgorevanje namreč predstavlja sindrom izgorevanja življenjske energije, ki je v sodobnem svetu vse pogosteje prisoten. Izgorelost ni prisotna samo na vodilnih položajih, temveč v vseh delovnih situacijah. V magistrskem delu smo proučevali izgorelost zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju Zavarovalnica Maribor d. d. Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo proučevali izgorelost na delovnem mestu ter njene vzroke in posledice. Na koncu smo zapisali, kako lahko obvladamo izgorelost; podali smo tudi nasvete za preprečevanje izgorelosti na delovnem mestu. V empiričnemu delu smo izvedli raziskavo o izgorelosti na delovnem mestu v Zavarovalnici Maribor d. d. Z analizo raziskave o izgorelosti v izbranem podjetju smo želeli ugotoviti, kako se zaposleni v podjetju Zavarovalnica Maribor d. d. spoprijemajo z izgorelostjo ter kateri so najpogostejši vzroki in posledice izgorelosti na delovnem mestu v omenjenem podjetju. Analiza raziskave je pokazala, da se zaposleni v največji meri spoprijemajo z izgorelostjo na delovnem mestu tako, da si dobro organizirajo delo. Najpogostejši vzrok, ki v veliki meri povzroča izgorelost na delovnem mestu, je preobremenjenost z delom. Zanimivo je tudi to, da je naraščanje odsotnosti z dela najpogostejša posledica izgorelosti na delovnem mestu.

Title:BURNOUT AT THE WORKPLACE BASED ON THE CASE OF THE COMPANY ZAVAROVALNICA MARIBOR D.D.
Abstract:Experts borrowed the term burnout from the oil industry or more precisely, from the process of burning fuel, because the two processes bear a strong resemblance. The burning represents the syndrome of burning life energy, the occurrence of which has been steadily increasing. Burnout can happen to professionals in management positions as well as to any employee at any level and in any work situation. In this master thesis we have studied and researched the burnout of the employees at the company Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d.. We split the master thesis into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we studied about burnout at workplace and its causes and consequences. We also made suggestions on how to control and prevent it. As part of the empirical research, we conducted a study on this topic at the company Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d.. Through the analysis of the research we attempted to shed light on the most common causes and effects of burnout as well as on how the employees of the aforementioned company are dealing with the syndrome of burnout. The analysis of our research shows that the most common way for the employees to deal with burnout at work is to organise and to manage the workload better. The most frequent cause of burnout is a heavy workload. Furthermore, the research shows that the most common effect or consequence of a burnout is increased employee absenteeism from work.
