Opis:V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo osnovne komponente različnih sistemov managementa, ki jih imajo organizacije vpeljane v svoje okolje, kot so standardi: sistem managementa kakovosti (ISO 9001), sistem managementa varovanja okolja (ISO 14001), sistem managementa varnosti in zdravja pri delu (BS OHSAS 18001 ) ter sistem managementa za varovanje informacij (ISO/IEC 27001), in ali imajo organizacije sisteme managementa integrirane. Glavni namen raziskave je proučiti ali imajo organizacije v svojem okolju vpeljanih več sistemov managementa, ali imajo vpeljane sisteme managementa integrirane, kako vpeljava sistemov managementa vpliva na dejavnost managementa kakovosti in na organiziranost organizacije, ter kakšni so doseženi učinki vpeljanih sistemov managementa. V začetnih poglavjih smo na podlagi pregleda literature in izsledkov izvedenih raziskav predstavili osnovne pojme in ugotovitve raziskav avtorjev, ki proučujejo sisteme managementa in integracijo sistemov managementa v organizacijah. Pri proučevanju sistemov managementa in integracije smo se osredotočili na organizacije v Sloveniji, ne glede na velikost, število zaposlenih in dejavnost, ki jo izvajajo. Podatki za izvedeno raziskavo so bili zbrani z izdelanim vprašalnikom, ki smo ga v reševanje organizacijam posredovali v obdobju od maja do julija 2013. Skupno smo zbrali in proučili rezultate sto treh odgovorov. Za proučevanje smo obravnavali značilnosti celotnega vzorca organizacij in znotraj tega preverjali vpliv dejavnosti managementa kakovosti in organiziranost organizacij glede na doseganje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti vpeljanih sistemov managementa v organizacijsko okolje. Za naveden sklop vprašanj smo z uporabo faktorske analize in Pearsonovim koeficientom korelacije oblikovali stanje vplivanja dejavnosti managementa kakovosti in organiziranosti organizacije, izvajanje učinkovitost in uspešnost poslovanja organizacije. V nadaljevanju smo proučili razloge/prednosti in ovire/slabosti, ki jih organizacije zaznavajo ob integraciji sistemov managementa in z uporabo T-testa preverili pomembnost skupnih elementov: planiranje, izvajanje, preverjanje, ukrepanje in vodstveni pregled v organizacijah, ki imajo sisteme managementa integrirane in organizacijah, ki sistemov nimajo integriranih. Izsledki raziskave nakazujejo, da imajo organizacije vpeljanih več sistemov managementa (55,3 %), od tega je integracijo sistemov managementa izvedlo 42,68 % organizacij, 57,32 % pa integracije sistemov managementa ni izvedlo. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da obstaja močna povezava med dejavnostjo managementa kakovosti in organiziranostjo organizacij. Izmed navedenih dejavnikov, dejavnost managementa kakovosti pozitivno in statistično značilno vpliva na dejavnik uspešnosti in učinkovitosti, medtem ko vpliva dejavnikov uspešnosti in učinkovitosti, na organiziranost organizacije, nismo uspeli dokazati. Zaključki izvedene raziskave nakazujejo, da management v organizaciji spodbuja načrtovanje in razvoj organizacije, dobre rezultate dela in pripravljenost na spremembe, skrbi, da so strateški načrti dobro pripravljeni in podpira vpeljavo novih pristopov.

Naslov:ANALYSES OF THE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEMS INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION
Opis:The Master Thesis discusses basic components of various management systems implemented into organization’s environment, such as the following standards: quality management system (ISO 9001), environmental protection management system (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety management systems (BS OHSAS 18001) and information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001), and whether the organization's management systems are integrated. The main purpose of the research is to examine how many management systems organizations have implemented in their organizational environment, if their implemented management systems are integrated, how the implementation of a management system affects the activity of management quality and organization’s organization and what are the achieved effects of implemented management systems. In the early chapters, we present basic concepts and research findings of authors who studied management systems and integration of management systems in organizations, based on literature review and findings of the performed research. Examining management systems and the integration, we focused on Slovene organizations, regardless of the size, number of employees or organization’s core business. The data for the performed research was collected using a questionnaire, which was distributed to organizations to be filled in during the period from May to July 2013. In total, we collected and analyzed results of 103 responses. In the study we discussed characteristics of the complete sample of organizations, and within that we examined the impact of quality management activities and organization’s organization in respect to achieving efficiency of implemented management systems into organizational environment. With the use of factor analysis and Pearson’s correlation coefficient we determined the influence of activities of management quality and organization’s organization, and the implementation of efficiency and organization’s business efficiency. Furthermore, we examined reasons/advantages and obstacles/disadvantages perceived by organizations while implementing management system and with the use of T-test we verified the importance of common elements: planning, implementation, verification, response and management review in organizations that have and those that have not yet integrated management systems. Research findings indicate that organizations have implemented several management systems (55,3 %), of which the integration of management systems was performed by 42,68 % of organizations, on the other hand 57,32 % of organizations have not yet carried out the implementation. The research results show a strong correlation between quality management activities and organizations’ organization. Of the foregoing factors, management of quality has a positive and statistically significant effect on the factor of effectiveness and efficiency, while we were unable to prove the impact of effectiveness and efficiency on organization’s organization. Conclusions of the conducted research indicate that the organization’s management promotes planning and development of its organization, good work results and readiness for changes, ensures that the strategic plans are well prepared and supports introduction of new approaches.
