Abstract:Laboratorijska talilna peč je eksperimentalno in pedagoško orodje, namenjeno raziskovanju na področju uravnavanja temperature v prostoru. V diplomskem delu sta opisani obnova talilne peči in izdelava programske opreme. Večji poudarek je tudi na opisu delovanja in nastavljanju parametrov PID regulatorja po eksperimentalni metodi. Krmilniški program je bil razvit za industrijski krmilnik OMRON CJ1G-H. Programiranje, izvedeno v obliki lestvičnega diagrama s funkcijskimi bloki, je bilo izpeljano s pomočjo programa CX-Programer. Uporabniški vmesnik, tako imenovani SCADA sistem, pa je bil izdelan s pomočjo OMRON-ovega CX-Supervisor Developerja. V diplomskem delu so prav tako opisani tipanje temperature s pomočjo termočlenov, njihove lastnosti in izdelava le-teh. Na koncu so podani rezultati PID uravnavanja temperature ter delovanje in analize naše obnovljene peči.

Title:LABORATORY MELT FURNACE RENOVATION - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:The laboratory melting furnace is an experimental and pedagogical tool used for the room temperature regulation research. In the diploma thesis, the melting furnace restoration and the software development are described. The emphasis is on the operation description and the setting up of PID controller parameters according to the experimental method. The PLC Software was developed for the programmable controller OMRON CJ1G-H. The programming in the form of ladder diagram with function blocks has been carried out with the CX-programmer. The user interface design of the so called SCADA system was made with the help of OMRON's CX-Supervisor Developer. In the diploma thesis, the temperature measurement with thermocouples, their properties and the production of them are also described. In the conclusion, the results of PID regulation of temperature, the operation and the analysis of our restored melting furnace are given.
