Title:VPLIV DEJAVNIKOV POSLOVNEGA MODELA PONUDNIKA NA UVEDBO RAČUNALNIŠTVA V OBLAKU

Abstract:Disertacija obravnava povezanost dejavnikov poslovnega modela ponudnika z uvedbo storitev računalništva v oblaku v družbah in vpliv dejavnikov na sprejetje odločitve o uvedbi tovrstnih storitev. Predstavljeni raziskovalni model izhaja iz teoretičnih opredelitev dejavnikov poslovnega modela po Osterwalderju, dejavnikov poslovnega modela, opredeljenih v okviru projekta E-Factors, ter dejavnikov, opredeljenih na osnovi razgovora s strokovnjaki oziroma predstavniki ponudnikov storitev računalništva v oblaku. S predstavljenim raziskovalnim modelom 40 dejavnikov združujemo v naslednje skupine: Zmožnost ponudnika za zagotavljanje storitve, Vrednost storitve, Upravljanje odnosov s strankami, Prihodkovni model ponudnika in Stroški. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 80 družb iz Slovenije. Anketiranje se je izvajalo od 18. septembra do 10. oktobra 2012. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da statistično značilnih vplivov obravnavanih dejavnikov oziroma skupin dejavnikov na uvedbo storitev računalništva v oblaku v družbah ni možno potrditi. Čeprav njihovega vpliva na uvedbo storitev računalništva v oblaku statistično ni bilo možno potrditi s 95 % oziroma 90 % zanesljivostjo, so rezultati statistične analize potrdili, da: - Na uvedbo storitve Programska rešitev kot storitev še najpomembneje vpliva (pozitiven vpliv) skupina dejavnikov Sodelovanje s partnerji (smerni koeficient: 0,493). - Na uvedbo storitve Platforma kot storitev še najpomembneje vpliva (pozitiven vpliv) skupina dejavnikov Sodelovanje s partnerji (smerni koeficient: 0,610). - Na uvedbo storitve Infrastruktura kot storitev še najpomembneje vplivata (pozitiven vpliv) skupini dejavnikov Usmerjenost storitve glede na ciljne stranke (smerni koeficient: 0,901) in Sodelovanje s partnerji (smerni koeficient: 0,576). Prav tako so bile ugotovljene zmerne oziroma močne povezave med samimi skupinami dejavnikov poslovnega modela ponudnika računalništva v oblaku. Smeri povezanosti teh povezav so pozitivne.

Title:PROVIDER`S BUSINESS MODEL FACTORS, IMPACTING CLOUD COMPUTING ADOPTION
Abstract:The dissertation focuses on identification of provider´s business model factors, impacting cloud computing adoption. Interactions among 40 identified business model factors and their influence on cloud computing adoption were investigated. Business model factors were identified and investigated from provider´s and end user´s perspective. The research framework presents a combination of Osterwalder´s business model definition, business model factors identified from E-Factors project and other factors, identified in prior research in the investigated field (including interviews with experts in the field of information technology). The research was carried out among companies in Slovenia, from September 18th to October 10th, 2012. The results show that there are no statisticaly significant influences of analysed business model factors and factor groups on cloud computing adoption. Despite the fact that statistical significance of the factors´ influence cannot be confirmed, statistical correlations were still identified. They define moderate and strong influences of some business model factors on cloud computing adoption, studied by each type of cloud computing service: - The results show the influence of following factors on cloud computing adoption: Positive influence of the factor "Collaboration with partners" on Software as a Service (slope coefficient: 0,493), Platform as a Service (slope coefficient: 0,610) and Infrastructure as a Service (slope coefficient: 0,576) adotion. - Positive influence of the factor "Focus of services to target customers" (slope coefficient: 0,901) on Infrastructure as a Service adoption. Also, the results show moderate and strong (positive) correlations among all provider´s business model factor groups.
