Abstract:
Namen diplomske naloge je zamenjava krmilnega sistema za avtomatizacijo delovanja polirnega stroja proizvajalca Dynetics, model Delta. Zamenjali smo krmilnik in prikazovalni panel ter napisali novo programsko aplikacijo za krmilni sistem. Osnovo diplomske naloge predstavlja izdelava nove programske aplikacije za krmilnik in prikazovalni panel. Uporabili smo krmilnik Siemens S7 – 226 in Siemensov prikazovalni panel Touchscreen Simatic TP177 Micro. Celotna diplomska naloga je bila opravljena v podjetju Impol PCP d. o. o., Slovenska Bistrica.

MODERNIZING OF POLISHING MACHINE
Abstract:
Diploma thesis examines the replacement of controllers for the purposes of automation of polishing machine model Delta manufactured by Dynetics. The controllers and the display panel have been replaced and new software application for the controller in question has been designed. The basis of the thesis is the design of new software application for the controller and the display panel. Siemens S7 – 226 controller was used as well as Siemens Simatic TP177 Micro Touchscreen display. The research for the thesis has been conducted in company Impol PCP d. o. o., Slovenska Bistrica.
