Title:IMPACT OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND THEIR SUBORDINATES AND MEASURMENT OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN A FACULTY ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:The management is an organization′s driving force to which their subordinates should look up to. Functioning of the management and their attitude towards the employees has a significant impact on subordinate′s motivation, which is one of the key factors that influences on employee satisfaction and effective functioning of the organization. If we draw a parallel here, we can say that a result of a good leader is a satisfied worker and a successful company. In the introductory part the thesis includes a presentation of the analyzed environment, the problems in it, and the methodology of the work. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of various domestic and foreign experts. In the empirical part, we conducted a research on a faculty. The Faculty is a bureaucratic institution, which has a rigid hierarchical structure. The gap between the administrative staff and educators is big because, unlike from educators who have academic freedom, administrative staff has minimum space for individualism and therefore we focused the analysis on the satisfaction of subordinate administrative staff. Such an environment and attitude definitely influence on the employee, which is a good starting point for determining the level of satisfaction of administrative staff and the search for possible causes of dissatisfaction. We seek to determine which factors influence on satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and proposed possible suggestions to raise customer satisfaction. The research was done by a written survey and data were analyzed with the statistical program SPSS.
