Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava robotizirano robotsko celico (ACMA XR701) namenjeno za izdelavo prototipnih oblik velikih dimenzij. Za racionalno uporabo celice so izdelana ustrezna navodila in priporočila, skladno s predpisi za varno delo in racionalnost proizvodnje. V diplomskem delu sem za raziskavo uporabil naslednje metode: analiziral sem proizvodno celico ter celotni postopek, od kreiranja do delovanja. To pomeni celoten opis programske in strojne opreme robota, opis materialov in orodij, ki so najučinkovitejša, 3D modeliranje oblik, priprava programov za vodenje proizvodne celice, primer izdelave izbrane oblike in meritve natančnosti izdelka. Delo je pripravljeno v obliki priročnika, tako da bo vsak, ki ima nekaj znanja iz te stroke, prebral priročnik in usposobil robotsko celico do uporabe in končnega izdelka. Prav tako so nakazane smernice za nadaljnje raziskovanje.

Title:Manufacturing procedures in robotised production cell (manual)
Abstract:The thesis deals with robotic work cell (ACMA XR701) intended for the manufacture of prototype shapes of large dimensions. For the rational use of cells there are relevant instructions and recommendations in accordance with the rules for safe operation and the rationality of production. In my thesis I have used the following methods: I have analyzed the production cell and the whole process, from creation to working state. This means the full description of the hardware and software of the robot, description of the materials and tools which are most effective, forms of 3D modeling, preparation of programs for the control of a cell, construction example of the selected shape and the measurement accuracy of the shape. Described in the form of a manual, so that anyone who has some knowledge in this profession, and has read the manual will be able to use the robot cell and the final product. They are also indicated guidelines for further research.
