Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju sem predstavila managementske koncepte in opisala poslovanje podjetja Blaj s.p.. S SWOT analizo v podjetju Blaj s.p. sem izbrala managementski koncept 20 ključev, saj mi je za uresničitev zastavljenih ciljev najbolj ustrezal. Predstavila sem tudi pomen zaposlenih pri uvajanju sprememb v podjetju, saj jih je potrebno o tem natančno seznaniti. Sprva sem managementski koncept 20 ključev teoretično preučila in opisala njegovo celotno vpeljavo v podjetje Blaj s.p.. Opredelila sem kriterije, cilje in strategije ter opisala končno stanje po vpeljavi managementskega koncepta 20 ključev v podjetje Blaj s.p.. Ugotovila sem, da je sprva ključnega pomena ustrezna izbira managementskega koncepta na podlagi analize sedanje stanja v podjetju. Le z natančno opredeljenimi cilji lahko ustrezno uporabimo managementski koncept in pridobimo želene rezultate.

Title:THE IMPACT OF MANAGEMENT CONCEPT ON THE BUSINESS OF COMPANY BLAJ S.P.
Abstract:In my degree I represent different management concepts and describe the business in the company Blaj s.p.. With SWOT analysis in the company Blaj s.p. I choose the appropriate management concept 20 keys, because I estimate that is the most suitable. I also describe the importance of employees during the implementation of changes. First of all I explore the concept 20 keys in theoretical meaning and then use it in the company Blaj s.p. in practical way. I set criteria, goals and strategies and describe the final results after following the introduction of the management concept 20 keys in the company Blaj s.p.. The most important is to choose the appropriate management concept on the basis of present state in the company. Just with a detailed analysis of goals we can use a management concept in the appropriate way and get the desired results.
