Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema zasnovo in izdelavo radioamaterske radijske postaje z uporabo tehnologije programsko definiranega radia, za področje visokih frekvenc (HF) ter dela zelo visokih frekvenc (UHF). Za krmiljenje sklopov vezja in prenos digitalnih avdio signalov smo uporabili mikrokrmilnik. Signale procesira osebni računalnik z uporabo prosto dostopne programske opreme. Sprejeti radijski signal vezje pretvori v digitalno domeno, signal za oddajo pa pretvori nazaj v analogno domeno in ojačanega odda v izbrani del radijskega spektra. Realizirana radioamaterska radijska postaja je namenjena vzpostavljanju radioamaterskih zvez z uporabo različnih modulacij.

Title:DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AMATEUR RADIO STATION USING SOFTWARE-DEFINED RADIO TECHNOLOGY
Abstract:This thesis covers the design and implementation of an amateur radio station using software defined radio techniques, for high frequency (HF) and very high frequency (UHF) bands. Control of the system and transmission of digital audio signals is done with a microcontroller. Signals are digitally processed with a personal computer using freely available software. Received radio signal is converted to digital domain, digital signal for transmitting is converted in the opposite direction to analogue, and amplified before transmitting. The realised amateur radio station can be used for amateur radio communications using various modulations.
