Abstract:Diplomska naloga prikazuje gradnjo štirih tipov zidanih hiš, glede na doseganje nivoja energijske učinkovitosti in sicer za osnovno (potratno) hišo (OH), nizkoenergijsko hišo (NEH) ter dva primera pasivnih hiš (PH15 in PH10). Strošek gradnje je odvisen od vgradnje materialov za doseganje učinkovitosti toplotnega ovoja objekta ter ustrezne izbire sistema ogrevanja in prezračevanja z rekuperacijo. Glavni razlogi, ki prevesijo odločitev k pasivni gradnji, so možnost pridobitve nepovratnih finančnih spodbud Eko sklada in nižji obratovalni stroški objekta (ogrevanja), predvsem pa večje udobje bivanja v pasivni hiši. Navsezadnje, pa s takšno odločitvijo izkažemo veliko ekološko osveščenost in skrb za varovanje našega planeta.

Title:ECONOMIC ASPECT OF BUILDING LOW ENERGY AND PASSIVE HOUSES
Abstract:The dissertation shows the construction of the four types of masonry houses on the achievement levels of energy efficiency, namely the building of basic (wasteful) House (OH), the construction of low energy buildings (NEH) and two examples of passive house (PH15 and PH10). The cost of construction depends on the installation of materials to achieve the efficiency of the thermal envelope of the building and the selection of appropriate heating and ventilation system with heat recovery. The main reasons influencing the decision for passive houses, the possibility of obtaining a grant of financial incentives Eco Fund and the lower operating cost of a building (heating), in particular, greater comfort in a passive house. Finally, with such a decision is recognized high ecological awareness and concern for the protection of our planet.
