Abstract:V diplomski nalogi bo predstavljena problematika vožnje pod vplivom nedovoljenih drog v obdobju 2006 – 2011 pri voznikih motornih vozil v Sloveniji. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge bomo predstavili sistem ugotavljanja prisotnosti prepovedanih drog pri voznikih v cestnem prometu slovenske, italijanske, švedske in ameriške policije.

Abstract:The thesis will be presented to the issue of driving under the influence of illicit drugs during the period 2006 - 2011 for drivers of motor vehicles in Slovenia. The theoretical part will be presented some theoretical background on illicit drugs. We will present some of the consequences of consumption of illicit drugs on driving ability and behavior of such drivers in critical situations. Further legislation will be presented to the prevention of driving under the influence of illicit drugs, which makes use of the police in their work. The empirical part of the thesis will be graphically presented some important statistical data on the presence of illicit drugs in drivers in road traffic for 2006 - 2011. We will also test the existence of trends in traffic accidents and offenses with elements of driving under the influence of illicit drugs for 2006 - 2011. By calculating the linear trend we will predict the number of traffic accidents and offenses with elements of driving under the influence of illicit drugs for 2012. We will also calculate the standard error by which we come to the particulars of what we have in the prediction of traffic accidents and offenses with elements of driving under the influence of illicit drugs in 2012 made a mistake in the announcement. In the last part of the thesis we will present a system to detect the presence of illicit drugs in drivers in road traffic Slovenian, Italian, Swedish and American police.
