Title:Merilna proga s frekvenčno reguliranim elektromotorjem za črpalne sisteme

Abstract:V nalogi je raziskana možnost uporabe črpalnega sistema, ki mu je na pogonski strani dodan frekvenčni pretvornik. Izgrajeno je preizkuševališče z možnostjo simulacije vklopa in izklopa različnih uporabnikov. Izmerjene so bile karakteristične vrednosti sistema pri različnih vrednostih vrtilne hitrosti pogonskega stroja in pri spreminjanju velikosti potrošnika. Meritve so bile opravljene z uporabo klasičnih merilnikov tlaka in z zveznim merilnikom tlaka za potrebe dinamičnih odzivov. Merjenje pretoka je bilo izvedeno z ultrazvočnim merilnikom pretoka. Poleg statičnih karakteristik sistema so bile izvedene meritve z simulacijo spremembe vodilne veličine in vklopa oziroma izklopa potrošnikov, kot motilne veličine. Preizkušen je bil tudi sistem točkovnega nastavljanja želene veličine in s tem možnost daljinskega diskretnega krmiljenja. Naloga je pokazala, da sodobni pristopi uporabe frekvenčno reguliranih pogonov omogočajo tudi delno obnovljenim obstoječim črpalnim sistemom dogradnjo in s tem izboljšanje učinkovitosti sistema in energetskih prihrankov.

Title:Measuring rig frequency regulated electro motor for pumping systems
Abstract:Presented work shows possible usage of pump system with added frequency converter on drive side. The experimental rig was built for simulation purpose due switching on/off users. The characteristics values of system were obtained by different values of rotation speed of electromotor drive with possibility of different consumers. For pressure measurement the classical manometers and electronically manometers were used. For flow measurement an ultrasonic flow meter was used. With classical measurement the measurement of simulated reference values changes and on-off switching of consumers as disturbance value was obtained. Also discrete switching system was tested due possible usage of discrete remote control. Work shows possibilities of renewed pump systems with added frequency controlled drive and with this adaption effects in field of efficiency of the systems and possible energy savings.
