Title:LASTNOSTI NEKATERIH MEŠANIC ZA OKRASNO TRATO PO PRVEM LETU RASTI PO JESENSKI SETVI

Abstract:V eksaktnem poljskem mikroposkusu, izvedenem v Sloveniji (Biotehniška šola Rakičan), smo od septembra 2009 do oktobra 2010 proučevali lastnosti treh trav in štirih travnih mešanic za okrasno trato po prvem letu rasti po jesenski setvi. Mešanice smo posejali na parcele velikosti 10 m2 (250 kg semena ha-1) v štirih ponovitvah. Vsa obravnavanja smo pred setvijo pognojili s 50 kg N ha-1, 100 kg P2O5 ha-1 in 150 kg K2O ha-1. Setev smo opravili s sejalnico 24. septembra 2009. Med vegetacijo smo spremljali in vrednotili: datum vznika, prazna mesta v travni ruši, zapleveljenost, gostoto ruše, hitrost rasti, barvo posevka in pridelek suhe snovi posamezne mešanice. Analiza dobljenih rezultatov je pokazala, da so se travne mešanice bolje izkazale v vseh proučevanih parametrih od trav sejanih v čisti setvi. Med travnimi mešanicami sta za okrasno trato najprimernejši mešanica 3 (trstikasta bilnica (Festuca arundinacea) – sorta `Arid 3` 50 %, trpežna ljuljka (Lolium perenne) – sorta `Panderosa` 25 % in sorta `Mondial` 25 %) in 4 (rdeča bilnica (Festuca rubra) – sorta `Gondolin` 40 %, trpežna ljuljka (Lolium perenne) – sorta `Panderosa` 20 % in sorta `Mondial` 20 %, travniška latovka (Poa pratensis) – sorta `Balin` 20 %).

Title:Characteristics of some mixtures for turf grass lawn one year after autumn seeding
Abstract:In exact field experiment carried out in Slovenia (Biotechnical School Rakičan), we investigated from September 2009 to October 2010, the characteristics of three grasses and four grass mixtures for turf grass lawn one year after the autumn seeding. Turf mixtures were sown on 24th of September 2009 in plots of 10 m2 (250 kg ha-1), with four replications. All treatments were fertilized with 50 kg N ha-1, 100 kg P2O5 ha-1 and 150 kg K2O ha-1 before sowing. During the vegetetation we monitored and assessed the emergence date, blanks in the grass, weeds, turf density, growth rate, turf colour and dry matter yield of each mixture. The gained results from the experiment indicated that all grass mixtures proved to be better than monocultures in all studied parameters. The most appropriate grass mixtures for turf grass lawns were mixture N°3 (tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea), cv. `Arid 3`, 50%; perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne), cv. `Panderosa` 25 % and cv. `Mondial` 25 %) and mixture N°4 (red fescue (Festuca rubra),cv. `Gondolin` 40 %; perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne), cv. `Panderosa` 20 % and cv. `Mondial` 20 %; common meadow grass (Poa pratensis), cv. `Balin` 20 %).
