Title:VPLIV NADMORSKE VIŠINE IN EKSPOZICIJE VINOGRADA NA KEMIJSKO SESTAVO GROZDJA IN VINA SORTE 'SAUVIGNON'

Abstract:V letu 2010 smo na Univerzitetnem centru za vinogradništvo in vinarstvo Meranovo ugotavljali vpliv nadmorske višine in ekspozicije na fenološke faze, relativno vlago zraka, temperaturo zraka, grozdov in listov, dozorevanje grozdja, pojav sive grozdne plesni, količino pridelka in kemijsko sestavo vina sorte 'Sauvignon'. Meritve smo opravljali na parcelah Keiserberg (486 m, 411 m; 173° južna lega) in Orlica (394 m, 324 m; 130° jugo-vzhodna lega). Na parceli Orlica je bil na zgornji lokaciji hitrejši razvoj listov, socvetij in cvetenje. Na parceli Keiserberg je bil na spodnji lokaciji hitrejši razvoj socvetij, cvetenje pa se je začelo prej na zgornji lokaciji. Temperatura zraka je bila na parceli Keiserberg višja na zgornji lokaciji v sredini dneva (od 12.30 do 15.00) na spodnji lokaciji pa je bila višja v jutranjih in večernih urah. Relativna zračna vlaga je bila večino dneva višja na zgornji lokaciji. V času dozorevanja grozdja je bila vsebnost skupnih titracijskih kislin večja na spodnjih lokacijah obeh parcel. Pojav sive grozdne plesni je bil večji na spodnjih delih obeh parcel. Količina pridelka je bila na parceli Keiserberg večja na zgornji lokaciji.

Title:Effect of altitude and exposure of a vineyard on the chemical composition of grapes and wine of variety 'Sauvignon Blanc'
Abstract:In 2010 the effects of altitude and exposure of the vineyard on the phenological phases of grapevine, humidity, air, grapes and leaves temperature, dynamics of grape ripening, occurrence of grape gray mold, yield and the chemical composition of wine of variety 'Sauvignon Blanc' were studied at University Centre for viticulture and enology Meranovo. Measurements were performed in the vineyard Keiserberg (411 m, 486 m a.s.l., 173° south) and Orlica (324 m, 394 m a.s.l., 130° south-east). On the upper part of the Orlica vineyard the development of leaves, inflorescences and flowering was faster. On the lower part of the Keiserberg vineyard the development of inflorescences occured earlier, but flowering was faster on the upper part of the vineyard. In the Keiserberg vineyard air temperature was higher in the upper part of the vineyard in the middle of the day (from 12.30 to 15.00). Humidity was higher in the upper part of the vineyard. During grape ripening higher contents of total acidity were established on the upper parts of both vineyards. Occurrence of grape gray mold was higher on the lower part of the Keiserberg vineyard. Yield was higher on the upper parts of Keiserberg vineyard.
