Title:Proces premazovanja livnih form in vpliv ločilnega sredstva na kakovost površine ulitkov

Abstract:V magistrskem delu sem se osredotočil predvsem na premazovanje livnih form. Premazovanje livnih form je zelo pomemben dejavnik pri livarstvu. Zaradi aluminijeve taline, ki vstopa v livno formo pod visokim tlakom, je treba orodje premazati, da se talina ne sprime na orodje, kar nam lahko poslabša kvaliteto površine ulitka. Pri tlačnem litju so prisotne visoke temperature, tudi do 400 °C ali več, kar nas privede do težav nanosa premazov. Pojavlja se nam Leidenfrost efekt, ne moremo omočiti površine, premaz nima tako visoke temperature nanosa in sprijetja na livno formo. Tako je bilo treba raziskati, kaj vse je mogoče narediti, da preprečimo sprijemanje taline na livno formo in s tem posledično podaljšamo življenjsko dobo orodja.

Title:COATING PROCES OF CASTING FORMS AND IMPACT RELEASE AGENT ON SURFACE QUALITY
Abstract:In master thesis I focused on the coating of die-cast mould. Coating die-cast mould is a very important factor in die-casting. Because of aluminium melt which enters in the die-cast mould under high pressure it is a necessary to coat the mould, that melt does not stick on the mould surface which can deteriorate surface quality of the cast. At die-casting are temperatures up to 400 °C or more which brings us to the application coating problem. We have Leidenfrost effect, cannot wet the mould surface. So it was necessary to explore, what can be done to prevent sticking melt on die-cast mould and consequently increase the lifespan. he abstract should be written in English or German language and should not exceed 300 words. It should contain brief description of the problem, used methods, main results and conclusions of the thesis.
