Title:MERITEV IN ANALIZA ELEKTRIČNE PREBOJNE TRDNOSTI OHIŠJA ŠTEVCA ELEKTRIČNE ENERGIJE

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo raziskali električne prebojne trdnosti na ohišju števca električne energije. Na enem od sestavnih delov ohišja števca smo analizirali vpliv materiala na električno prebojno trdnost, če material, s katerim brizgamo, ni pravilno pripravljen oz. ni dovolj suh, ter če uporabimo ne čisti material oz. material s primesmi. Kot referenčno vrednost prebojne trdnosti smo uporabili podatke meritev na izdelku, ki je brizgan z originalnim in pravilno skladiščenim materialom. Meritve smo izvajali v visokonapetostnem laboratoriju ICEM na Mariborskem otoku. Za primerjavo rezultatov smo naredili tudi analizo električnega polja na osnovi numeričnih izračunov po metodi končnih elementov (MKE) v programskem orodju EleFAnT. Dobljeni rezultati in primerjave izmerjenih vrednosti prebojnih trdnosti, so analizirani v zaključku diplomskega dela.

Title:DIELECTRIC PUNCTURE STRENGTH MEASURING AND ANALYSIS FOR ELECTRICITY METER HOUSING
Abstract:Breakdown voltage on electricity meter casing was researched in this diploma paper. The effect the material has on breakdown voltage was analyzed on one of the meter casing components; it was analyzed what happens if the material used for injecting is not properly prepared or if it is not dry enough, and also what happens if the adulterated material is used. Measurement data implemented on the product, which is injected with the original and properly stored material, was used as a benchmark of breakdown voltage. Measurements were performed in a high-voltage laboratory ICEM on Mariborski otok. A comparison of results was conducted by an analysis of the electric field based on the numerical calculations using a finite-element method (FEM) in EleFAanT software. The obtained results and the comparison of measured values of breakdown voltage are analyzed in the final part of diploma paper
