Title:OGLAŠEVANJE V FUNKCIJI IZOBRAŽEVANJA V PODJETJU TELEKOM SLOVENIJE D.D.

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili podjetje Telekom Slovenije, d.d. kot mobilnega operaterja. Osredotočili se bomo na oglaševanje različnih ponudnikov mobilnih aparatov, skozi izobraževanje zaposlenih v prodaji. Zanima nas, kako izobraževanja ponudnikov mobilnih aparatov vplivajo na prodajalca v odnosu do kupca. Telekom Slovenije smo izbrali zaradi večletnih delovnih izkušenj na področju mobilne telefonije. Vsakodnevno se srečujemo s strankami, izobraževanji in napredno tehnologijo. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz osmih poglavij. V prvem teoretičnem delu bomo predstavili teorijo trženja, trženjski splet in tržno komuniciranje. Omenili smo tudi zadovoljstvo kupca in oglaševanje na splošno. V drugem teoretičnem delu, pa smo predstavili izobraževanje, cilje izobraževanja, motivacijo za izobraževanje, kakovost in uspešnost izobraževanja. V šestem poglavju smo opisali podjetje Telekom Slovenije, d.d. kot mobilnega operaterja, njegovo zgodovino, poslanstvo in vizijo, organiziranost izobraževanja v podjetju in se dotaknili tudi izobraževanja ponudnikov mobilnih aparatov, ki poteka v Telekomovih centrih. Diplomsko nalogo smo zaključili z ugotovitvami, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo ankete o izobraževanju ponudnikov mobilnih aparatov. Anketo smo poslali zaposlenim v Telekomovih centrih po Sloveniji. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da izobraževanje vpliva na prodajalca, povedali smo, kako dobro so tovrstna izobraževanja pripravljena in kako koristna so za podjetje. V diplomski nalogi smo ugotovili, da so izobraževanja koristna in da vplivajo na boljše oglaševanje izdelkov. Zaposleni so prisotni na večini izobraževanj, saj se tudi sami zavedajo, da so le-ta koristna in menijo, da so izobraževanja dobro pripravljena. Ugotovili smo, da se odnos do kupca po izobraževanju spremeni, tako postajajo prodajalci bolj zanesljivi, prijazni in bolje predstavljajo nove produkte.

Title:ADVERTISING IN THE FUNCTION OF EDUCATION IN THE COMPANY TELEKOM SLOVENIA D.D.
Abstract:In this thesis we present the Telekom Slovenia PLC as a network operator. We will focus on advertising from various vendors of mobile devices, through education of employees in sales. We are interested in how education providers of mobile phones affect the seller in relation to the customer. Telekom Slovenia was chosen because of experience working in this company. Every day we face with customers, training and advanced technology. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. In the first theoretical part, we present the theory of marketing, marketing mix and marketing communication. We have also mentioned customer satisfaction and advertising in general. In the second theoretical part, we present the education, aims of education, motivation and education quality and effectiveness of education. In the sixth chapter we describe the Telekom Slovenia PLC as a network operator, its history, mission and vision, organization of education in the company and also touched on the education of mobile devices, which takes place in Telekom centers. Thesis was completed with the findings, which were obtained through a survey of education providers mobile devices. The survey was sent to employees of Telekom Slovenia centers. Research has shown that education affects the seller, we are told how good this type of education and how beneficial is for business. In this thesis, we found that the benefit of education has the better influence on advertising products. Employees are present on most courses. They are aware that the educations are useful and believe that they are well prepared. We found that after education the relationship with the customer changes and sellers are more reliable, friendly and they better represent new products.
