Predvsem zaradi spoštovanja uporabnikov zdravstvenih storitev do nočnega dela reševalcev.

The impact is also reflected in the performance of work because night work often represents stress for the paramedics. A result also has shown that at night time largely arise conflicts between medical staff and patients and appearance of intolerance to patients care needs because of tiredness and exhaustion. Night work is necessary for providing an ongoing medical emergency. It must be carried out under the conditions required by the profession and in the way that paramedics which work at night do not become disabled at the beginning of their careers. There must be some changes in the mind of society and especially the attitude of users of health services, which came at night time for "them" medical emergencies.
