Title:Vpliv interneta na turistične ponudnike in potrošnike

Abstract:Pojav in razvoj interneta je uvedel korenite spremembe na področju turističnega sektorja. Potrošnikom nudi hiter in brezplačen dostop do neomejenih virov raznovrstnih turističnih informacij, možnost navezovanja stikov in deljenje izkušenj z drugimi popotniki, primerjanje ponudb in cen različnih ponudnikov turističnih storitev ipd. Zavoljo teh in še več drugih prednosti, ki jim jih daje internet, so potrošniki postali zahtevnejši pri izbiri lastnih počitnic, stremijo k individualiziranim turističnim ponudbam, prilagojenim njihovim željam in potrebam. Po drugi strani pa internet hkrati odpira številne možnosti turističnim ponudnikom. Med drugim jim nudi orodja, s pomočjo katerih lahko bolje spoznajo potencialne stranke in njihove interese ter temu prilagodijo svojo tržno strategijo. V diplomskem delu bo tako podrobno predstavljena vzajemna povezanost interneta in turizma ter prednosti, slabosti in možnosti, ki jih ta naveza prinaša in odpira tako na strani turistične ponudbe kot tudi na strani turističnega povpraševanja.

Title:The influence of the internet on tourism providers and consumers
Abstract:The occurrence and development of the internet has introduced radical changes in the tourism sector. It offers consumers fast and free access to unlimited sources of diverse tourism information, a chance to establish contacts and share experience with other travelers, comparison of offers and prices of different tourism service providers, etc. In addition to these and also numerous other advantages of internet consumers have become more demanding in choosing their vacations and strive for individualized tourism offers that correspond to their wishes and needs. On the other hand internet opens numerous possibilities to tourism providers as well. Among other things it offers tools to better understand potencial clients and their interests and adjust their market strategy accordingly. The thesis therefore in detail presents mutual connection between internet and tourism and also andvantages, disadvantages and possibilities that it brings and opens to tourism supply and demand.
