Title:MREŽNO PLANIRANJE NA PRIMERU IZGRADNJE KOMUNALNE KANALIZACIJE S ČISTILNO NAPRAVO

Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji na uporabi metod mrežnega planiranja na primeru izgradnje komunalne kanalizacije s čistilno napravo. Postopek mrežnega planiranja je opisan in prikazan s pomočjo dveh metod mrežnega planiranja, in sicer CPM metode in PERT metode. S pomočjo obeh metod bo prikazano organizirano načrtovanje in definiranje časovnega zaporedja dejavnosti ter medsebojna povezava med dejavnostmi. Pri CPM metodi bodo prikazani podatki o najzgodnejših in najpoznejših rokih dogodkov. Pri nekaterih dogodkih se je pokazalo, da sta najzgodnejši in najpoznejši rok enaka, kar pomeni, da gre za kritično pot. Ta je v našem primeru dolga 562 dni. Rezultati PERT metode kažejo, da je pričakovani čas projekta 563,16 dni. Na podlagi ocen optimističnega (555 dni), pesimističnega (576 dni) in najverjetnejšega (562 dni) časa, lahko z 68 % verjetnostjo trdimo, da se bo, ob vseh predpostavkah, zastavljeni projekt izgradnje kanalizacije s čistilno napravo resnično izvedel v času med 559,66 in 566,66 dni. S 95% verjetnostjo lahko trdimo, da se bo izvedel v času med 556,16 in 570,16 dni in z 99,9 % verjetnostjo se bo izvedel med 552,66 in 573,66 dni.

Title:Network planning applied to the construction of a communal sewer system with a treatment facility
Abstract:The diploma is based upon the use of network planning methods applied to the construction of a communal sewer system with a treatment facility. The process of network planning is described and presented using two methods of network planning – the CPM method and the PERT method. Both methods will be used to present the organized planning and determining the schedule of the activities as well as the correlation between these activities. The CPM method will be used to show data about the earliest and latest deadlines for the activities. The earliest and latest deadlines of some activities have been revealed as equal, which implies a critical path with a timeline of 562 days. The results of the PERT method indicate an expected duration of the project at 563.16 days. Based on optimistic (555 days), pessimistic (576 days) and the likeliest (562 days) duration evaluations and assuming all suppositions, we can say with a likelihood of 68 % that the proposed project of the construction of a communal sewer system with a treatment facility will be carried out between 559.66 and 566.66 days. With a likelihood of 95 % we can say it will be carried out in 556.16 to 570.16 days, and with a 99.9 % likelihood the duration is expected to lie between 552.66 and 573.66 days.
