Title:USKLAJENOST VREDNOT ZAPOSLENIH Z VREDNOTAMI ORGANIZACIJE KOT POMEMBEN DEJAVNIK ZADOVOLJSTVA PRI DELU

Abstract:S to magistrsko nalogo želimo pojasniti pojem vrednot in z njimi povezanih pojmov. V teoretičnem delu so s pomočjo strokovne literature predstavljene vrednote z vsemi svojimi lastnostmi in delovanjem, predstavljeni so tudi drugi deli strateškega plana. Opisali smo teorijo zadovoljstva zaposlenih in predstavili neprofitne zdravstvene organizacije. V empiričnem delu je uporabljena kvantitativna metoda dela raziskovanja, ki smo jo izvedli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika med zaposlenimi v zdravstvu na Koroškem (v Zdravstvenem domu Ravne na Koroškem, Splošni bolnišnici Slovenj Gradec, Centru za usposabljanje, delo in varstvo Črna na Koroškem in Domu starejših Na Fari Prevalje). Ugotavljali smo usklajenost vrednot zaposlenih v zdravstvu z vrednotami njihovih organizacij, kot jih zaznajo zaposleni. Zanimal nas je tudi vpliv te usklajenosti vrednot na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. Ugotavljali pa smo tudi razvijanje in uveljavljenje vrednot najvišjega managementa v teh organizacijah. Rezultati raziskave in razprava so predstavljeni s pomočjo tabel, grafov in statističnih metod. Odgovorili smo na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in prišli do zaključka, da vrednote zaposlenih v zdravstvu na Koroškem niso usklajene z vrednotami njihovih organizacij, kar delno vpliva tudi na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu, najvišji management teh organizacij pa ne dela sistematično na tem, da bi skupaj z zaposlenimi razvil in zapisal skupne vrednote. Zapisani so še predlogi sprememb in skupne vrednote, ki smo jih dobili s to raziskavo.

Title:CONSISTENCY OF EMPLOYEES' VALUES WITH THE VALUES OF THE ORGANIZATION AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
Abstract:This dissertation explains the concept of values and with values related terms. The theoretical part clarifies values with all its characteristics explained on professional literature. There are also presented non-profit health organizations. In the empirical part the quantitative method of research is used, which was conducted through a questionnaire among employees in different health organization in Koroska. We assessed the consistency of employees’ values with the values of their organizations as perceived by employees. We were interested in the impact of coherence values in employees’ satisfaction at work. We also determined the development and effectuation of values in the highest management of these organizations. The discussion and research results are presented using tables, graphs and statistic methods. We answered the research questions and came to the conclusion that the values of the employees in health organizations in Koroska are not consistent with the values of their organizations, what partly affects the employees’ satisfaction at work. The highest management of these organizations is not working systematically with their employees in developing and writing down their common values. In the end are included suggestions of changes and common values that we obtained with this research.
