Abstract:Vpliv zaposlenih na kakovost proizvodov in zadovoljstvo kupcev je relativen pojem, ki ga težko opredelimo. Zaposleni s svojim delom v večini vplivajo na celovito uspešnost posameznega podjetja. Vpliv posameznika je moč zaznati, čeprav ga morda posamezniki ne začuti. Vpliv posameznika je torej relativen in ga vsak posameznik pri sebi drugače začuti, prav tako pa ima vsak posameznik svoja merila.

Title:INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Abstract:The impact of the employees on product quality and customer satisfaction is a relative term, which is difficult to define. Employees mostly affect the overall performance of the company with their work. The impact of the individual can be detected, though the individuals might not feel it. The impact of the individual is therefore relative and every individual feels it differently, also each individual has their own criteria.
