Za uspešen razvoj turizma v nekem kraju je potrebno dobro sodelovanje med domačini in lokalnimi turističnimi delavci. Načrt razvoja mora biti sestavljen tako, da ustreza prebivalcem in ljudem, zaposlenim v turistični dejavnosti ter da ga je možno uresničevati.

Abstract:
The successful development of local tourism requires good collaboration between local people and local tourism workers. A development plan must be prepared in a way to suit both residents and people employed in tourism, and in a shape that can readily be implemented.
