Title:RAVNANJE Z ODPADKI, NASTALIMI V TOPLARNI CELJE

Abstract:Razvoj znanosti in tehnologije je prispeval k hitremu družbenemu napredku, gospodarski rasti in ugodnejšemu načinu življenja, s tem pa se vedno bolj povečujejo negativni vplivi na okolje, raba naravnih virov in uporaba teh tehnologij. Še posebej pereč problem postaja obremenjenost okolja v večjih mestih. Kot ena od rešitev varovanja okolja je bila v naš pravni red sprejeta direktiva za celovit nadzor in preprečevanje obremenjevanja (ang. ˝Integrated Pollution Prevention Control˝ (IPPC)), ki zavezuje podjetja z večjim vplivom na okolje, da uvajajo najboljše razpoložljive tehnike (ang. ˝Best Available Techniques˝ (BAT)). Tudi v celjski regiji sledijo vsem sodobnim smernicam varovanja okolja. Eden od ukrepov je bilo načrtovanje in kasneje izvedba regionalnega centra za ravnanje z odpadki (R-CERO Celje). Z njegovo izgradnjo je bil zagotovljen celovit način ravnanja z odpadki s sodobno tehnologijo na okoljsko sprejemljiv način za celotno regijo, saj je v ta projekt vključenih 24 občin savinjske regije. Pri tem se je doseglo, da so vidni pozitivni vplivi investicije na okolje, in sicer v zmanjšani količini odloženih odpadkov ter v manjšem vplivu odlaganja odpadkov v smislu generiranja toplogrednih plinov, soproizvodnji toplotne in električne energije iz odpadkov, s tem pa tudi v zmanjšanju negativih vplivov na ozračje in pri prihranku fosilnih goriv. V nalogi bomo predstavili tehnologijo termične obdelave lahke frakcije (LF) in blata iz čistilne naprave (BČN). Opisali bomo postopke čiščenja dimnih plinov pred izpustom v zrak ter prikazali ravnanje z odpadki, nastalimi med procesom. Opredelili bomo tudi možnost nadaljnjega zmanjšanja preostanka odpadkov po termični obdelavi.

Title:WASTE TREATMENT GENERATED BY THE CELJE DISTRICT HEATING PLANT
Abstract:The development of science and technology has contributed to rapid social progress, economic growth and better way of life; yet on the other hand, unfortunately, all this is causing the increase of negative impacts on the environment. Burdening of the environment in major cities is becoming a pressing problem. The IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention Control) Directive which obliges companies to introduce the Best Available Technologies (BAT) was accepted as one of the solutions for environmental protection. The environment protection has also been seriously addressed in Celje region. One of the measures was an investment in the construction of the Celje Regional Waste Treatment Centre (R-CERO Celje). By constructing this facility a comprehensive management of waste treatment was provided along with a modern technology in an environmentally acceptable manner for the entire region. 24 municipalities of the Savinja region are included in this project. In doing so, it was assumed that the positive impacts of construction on the environment would be seen as a reduction of impacts of waste disposals on the greenhouse impacts, production of energy and heat from waste, and thereby also reducing the negative impacts into the air and saving the fossil fuels. In the work we present the technology of thermal treatment processing light fraction (LF) and sewage treatment plant (BWT). We describe the purification of flue gases before release into the air and the waste generated during the process. We also identify possible further reduction of residual waste after thermal treatment.
