Title:VPLIV VZGOJITELJEV NA IZVAJANJE GIBALNIH DEJAVNOSTI V ORMOŠKIH VRTCIH

Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vpliv vzgojiteljev na izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti v ormoških vrtcih smo želeli ugotoviti, ali drži, da imajo vzgojitelji, ki so v prostem času športno aktivni, višjo stopnjo izobrazbe, ali so mlajši vzgojitelji v prostem času pogosteje športno aktivni, ali okolje vrtca vpliva na vzgojiteljevo aktivno vključevanje v gibalne dejavnosti otrok, ali vzgojiteljeva športna aktivnost vpliva na otrokovo izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti in ali vzgojiteljeva športna aktivnost v prostem času vpliva na njegovo aktivno vključevanje v gibalne dejavnosti otrok. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem, kjer je uporabljena desktiptivna metoda, je predstavljena gibalna dejavnost v Kurikulumu za vrtce in v ormoških vrtcih, vpliv redne gibalne dejavnosti na razvoj otroka, usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti, kompetence vzgojiteljev v vrtcu na področju gibanja in vlogo vzgojiteljev pri ustvarjanju gibalnih kompetenc otroka. Namen raziskave v empiričnem delu naloge je bil raziskati vpliv vzgojiteljev na izvajanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti v ormoških vrtcih. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili kvantitativno tehniko, in sicer anketni vprašalnik zaprtega tipa. Vzorec je neslučajnostni iz konkretne populacije strokovnih delavcev zaposlenih v enotah Vrtca Ormož (Ormož, Velika Nedelja, Podgorci), v vrtcu Ivanjkovci, vrtcu Miklavž pri Ormožu in enoti Kog, vrtcu Središče ob Dravi, vrtcu Sveti Tomaž, vrtcu Ljutomer in enoti Gresovščak. Podatki so obdelani kvantitativno in analizirani z deskriptivno statistiko in multivariatno analizo. Ugotovili smo, da so vzgojitelji z visokošolsko izobrazbo pogosteje športno aktivni, ter da so pogosteje športno aktivni mlajši vzgojitelji in pomočniki. Večina vzgojiteljev, ki je v prostem času pogosto športno aktivna, se aktivno vključuje v gibalne aktivnosti otrok.

Title:THE IMPACT OF TEACHERS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MOTOR ACTIVITY IN KINDERGARTENS ORMOŽ
Abstract:In the diploma work entitled The impact of educators in the implementation of physical activities in kindergartens in Ormož, we wanted to determine whether it is true that educators, who are in active leisure sports, have higher education, or whether younger workers are active in leisure sports more often, or whether the environment in kindergarten impact on the nursery school educator to actively participate in physical activity of children, if the educator’s sports activity affects the child's physical activities, and if the educator’s sports activity in leisure time has an influence on his active involvement in physical activity of children. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, where a descriptive method is used, there is presented a physical activity in the Curriculum for kindergartens and in kindergarten in Ormož, the impact of regular physical activity in child development, qualifications of educators for the implementation of physical activities, competences of educators in the kindergarten in the field of movement and the role of educators in creating a movement competence of children. The purpose of the research in the empirical part of the thesis was to explore the influence of educators on the implementation of the physical / sports activities in kindergartens in Ormož. For data collection, we used a quantitative technique, namely a closed type questionnaire. The sample is not random from the actual population of professional staff employed in the Kindergarten Ormož (Ormož, Velika Nedelja, Podgorci) in kindergarten Ivanjkovci, kindergarten Miklavž pri Ormožu and its unit in Kog, kindergarten Središče ob Dravi, kindergarten Sveti Tomaž, kindergarten Ljutomer and its unit Gresovščak. Data is processed quantitatively and analyzed with descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis. We found out that educators with higher education are more active in sports and also more active are younger educators and assistants. Most educators, who are in their spare time often active in sports, are actively involved in children's physical activity.
