Opis:Namen diplomske naloge je bil predstaviti prvi sklop delavnic (ozaveščanje) programa »oblikovanje osebnosti šolarja« in njen učinek na učence osnovne šole. Raziskovalni vzorec je zajemal 18 učencev 5. razreda Osnovne šole Jurija Dalmatina Krško, ki so bili vključeni v 10 izkustvenih delavnic. Pri tem smo uporabili kvalitativno tehniko – nestrukturirano opazovanje delavnic in jih ob koncu opisali ter navedli odzive učencev. V raziskavi je sodelovalo tudi 31 mentorjev, ki so delavnice istočasno izvajali drugod po Sloveniji. Uporabili smo spletni anketni vprašalnik odprtega tipa, ki so ga rešili mentorji delavnic. Na osnovi pridobljenih rezultatov z anketo in izvedenimi delavnicami smo ugotovili, da so delavnice učinkovite in imajo pozitiven učinek na učence osnovne šole. Izkazalo se je, da so sedaj učenci: - sposobni boljšega prepoznavanja in upoštevanja svojih dolžnosti in pravic v učnem okolju; - so med šolskimi aktivnostmi bolj skoncentrirani; - so sposobni boljšega prepoznavanja in reguliranja načinov lastnega telesnega odzivanja na izzive iz okolja; - so sposobni uspešneje obvladovati stresne šolske situacije; - so sposobni uspešneje obvladovati lastno govorico telesa in so pozorni na govorico telesa drugih; - so pri učenju sposobni uporabljati celostni pristop in pri tem različne zaznavne kanale; - so sposobni bolje prepoznavati in izražati svoja čustva pri učenju v učnem okolju; - so sposobni boljšega zavedanja in prepoznavanja lastnih odporov pri učenju in znajo ob tem ukrepati; - znajo bolje prepoznati lastne in vedenjske vzorce drugih; - so sposobni boljšega samoobvladovanja pri učnih aktivnostih.

Naslov:THE MEANING OF 'PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OF A PUPIL' PROGRAM FOR GRAMMAR SCHOOL CHILDREN
Opis:The purpose of this thesis is to present the first ten workshops (focused on awareness) from the program entitled Personality Development of a Pupil and to determine the overall effectiveness of implementing them on grammar school pupils. The survey sample included 18 pupils of 5th grade Jurij Dalmatin Krško grammar school who participated in ten empirical workshops. A qualitative research method was used to determine the effectiveness of the workshops, which involved unstructured observations of the workshops delivery and the pupils' response to the techniques presented. The workshops were carried out also in some other Slovenian schools by 31 mentors. In order to obtain feedback about the overall effectiveness of the presented workshops, the mentors answered an online, open-ended questionnaire. On the basis of the response results obtained from the online survey and the observational data collected on the delivery of the workshops, our conclusion showed that the workshops were indeed effective and had positive effects on the pupils, which results in the following facts: - pupils are able to recognize and carry-out their duties and rights in the learning environment better. - Pupil concentration during school activities appeared improved. - Pupil recognition of the challenges from the environment improved, as well as the regulation of its own physical reaction to them. - Pupils showed they can handle stressful school situations better. - Pupils are able to control their own body language better and they can pay better attention to the body language of the others. - During learning situations, students are better able to apply full concentration and varied learning modalities. - Pupils are able to identify and express their feelings during learning situations better. - Pupil self-awareness and recognition of their own learning resistances appeared to improve and student reactions were more appropriate. - Pupils are better able to recognize their own behavioral patterns and that of others. - Pupil self-control during learning activities improved.
