Title:ABSENTIZEM IN FLUKTUACIJA V PODJETJU TERME MARIBOR D.D.

Abstract:Vsako podjetje, ki želi ostati v dobri kondiciji, mora poskrbeti za dobro klimo v podjetju, za varno delovno okolje, za izobraževanje in usposabljanje delavcev ter hkrati skrbeti za pripadnost podjetju. To vse je naloga vodstva organizacije, da prepozna vrednost svojega kadra, njegove potrebe in soodvisnost pri snovanju konkurenčnosti podjetja. V diplomskem delu smo želeli predstaviti pomembnost zadovoljnega delavca, ki s svojimi prispevki lahko pomaga podjetju, da je konkurenčno na trgu, saj nezadovoljen delavec s svojim nezadovoljstvom spodkopava temelje konkurenčnosti. Večji del nezadovoljstva zaposlenih se odraža v absentizmu in posledično v fluktuaciji. Zato je izredno pomembno, da podjetje ugotovi stopnjo absentizma in fluktuacije ter pripravi predloge za izboljšanje in vzdrževanje pozitivnega odnosa med delavci in delodajalci. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili strokovno literaturo, vezano na kadrovsko funkcijo, absentizem in fluktuacijo. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Terme Maribor d. d., primerjali podatke, vezane na fluktuacijo in absentizem, za obdobje med leti 2009 in 2011. Podatke smo pridobili v kadrovski službi, v financah in v računovodstvu omenjenega podjetja. Skušali smo ugotoviti stopnjo fluktuacije in absentizma v podjetju Terme Maribor d. d. ter pripraviti primerne predloge za obvladovanje teh dveh pojavov.

Title:ABSENTEEISM AND FLUCTUATION IN THE COMPANY TERME MARIBOR D.D.
Abstract:Any company that wants to stay in good shape has to provide for a good atmosphere in the company, a safe working environment, and encourage the education and training of its employees as well as their loyalty to the company. These tasks should be carried out by the management of the organization, which has to be able to recognise the value of its employees, their needs, and the interdependence in the creation of the company’s competitiveness. In the thesis, we wanted to present the importance of a satisfied worker, whose contributions can help the company to maintain its competitiveness in the market, and a dissatisfied worker, who can undermine the foundations of competiveness. Dissatisfaction of employees is mostly reflected in absenteeism and consequently in fluctuation. Therefore, it is of crucial importance for the company to find out how to measure their levels, and to come forward with proposals for the improvement and maintenance of a positive attitude among employees and employers. The thesis is composed of the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, specialised literature was used, related to the human resources function, fluctuation and absenteeism. In the empirical part, the company Terme Maribor, d. d. was presented, and data for the period from 2009 to 2011 were compared, related to fluctuation and absenteeism. Data were collected with the help of the human resources department, financial department and accounting department. We tried to find out the level of fluctuation and absenteeism in the company and prepare suitable proposals for their control.
