Title:OBVLADOVANJE STRESA NA DELOVNEM MESTU S POMOČJO OPOLNOMOČENJA ČUSTVENE INTELIGENCE; Študija na primeru Centra za socialno delo Maribor

Abstract:Stres pri delu je ena najhujših težav v današnjem delovnem okolju. Visoka pričakovanja, hiter tempo dela, nove zahteve in obremenitve, nove tehnologije in potrebe po prilagajanju ter ugajanju lahko povzročijo stres, ki ima lahko dolgotrajne negativne posledice na človeka, organizacijo, v kateri deluje, in posledično tudi na državo. Tako strokovnjaki kot laiki se ukvarjajo z raznimi strategijami za zmanjševanje stresa na delovnem mestu in zdi se, da univerzalnega recepta ni. V magistrskem delu smo želeli opredeliti čustva, čustveno inteligenco in stres na delovnem mestu ter ugotoviti povezavo med stresom na delovnem mestu in čustveno inteligenco. Razdelili smo jo na teoretični in empirični del. Osredotočili smo se na dimenzije čustva, čustvene inteligence ter stresa na delovnem mestu. Poiskali smo tudi relevantne povezave med čustvi, čustveno inteligenco in stresom na delovnem mestu. Ugotoviti smo želeli, kateri dejavniki v podjetju povzročajo največ stresa, na kakšen način se zaposleni spopadajo s stresom ter kako imajo razvito čustveno inteligenco. Na podlagi analize smo oblikovali nekatere predloge, ki bi pripomogli h kakovostnemu delu brez negativnega stresa.

Title:CONTAINING STRESS IN THE WORKPLACE THROUGH EMPOWERMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE; A case study of the employees at the Social center in Maribor
Abstract:Stress at work is one of the worst problems in today's work environment. The higher the expectations, the rapid is the pace of work, new requirements loads of new technology and adaptation of need may cause stress, which cah have long-term negative consequences on humans, the organisation in which they work and consequently, also the country. Both, professionals and lay people are dealing with various stragegies for reducing stress in the workplace and there are not seems to be a universal precription. In the master work we wanted to define emotions, emotional intelligence and stress in the workplace, we also wanted to established a link between stress in the workplace and emotional intelligence. We have focused on the dimensions of emotions, emotional intelligence and stress in the workplace. We have also found relevant links between emotions, emotional intelligence and stress in the workplace. The goal was to find out which stressors in the organisation causes the most stress. We also wanted to find out how eployees deal with stress in the organisation and finaly how they have developed emotional intelligence.
