Title:PREDLOG POSODOBITVE MODELA PRAKTIČNEGA USPOSABLJANJA ŠTUDENTOV NA ZVD ZAVODU ZA VARSTVO PRI DELU D.D.

Abstract:Študentom praktično usposabljanje pomeni pomemben vir pridobivanja in razvijanja strokovnih kompetenc, ki jih bodo kot prihodnji strokovnjaki s področja tehniške varnosti potrebovali pri opravljanju poklica. Pri tem ima pomembno vlogo strokovni delavec – mentor v delovni organizaciji, kjer se izvaja strokovna praksa. Na ZVD Zavodu za varstvo pri delu d.d. se izvaja praktično usposabljanje študentov, ki se bodo poklicno ukvarjali s strokovnimi nalogami varnosti pri delu in požarne varnosti. Z raziskavo smo preučili koncept modela praktičnega usposabljanja študentov z namenom, da model po potrebi dopolnimo in s tem pripomoremo k učinkovitejšemu in kakovostnejšemu usposabljanju. V teoretičnem delu smo za namen raziskave podrobneje preučili osnovne zakonitosti učenja, izobraževanja in usposabljanja, vlogo mentorja in mentorstva pri praktičnem usposabljanju ter načrtovanje, izvedbo in evalvacijo praktičnega usposabljanja. V okviru empiričnega dela raziskave pa smo proučevali medsebojne odnose oziroma način ravnanja v odnosu mentor – študent, nato sodelovanje mentorjev v delovni organizaciji s koordinatorjem prakse na fakulteti pri praktičnem usposabljanju, odnos mentorjev do mentorstva, pedagoško-andragoško usposobljenost in njihov način sodelovanja s študentom ter dokumentacijo, ki jo mentorji uporabljajo pri izvajanju praktičnega usposabljanja. V zadnjem delu anketnega vprašalnika nas je zanimalo predvsem mnenje mentorjev glede izboljšanja mentorstva v delovni organizaciji.

Title:PROPOSAL TO MODERNIZE THE MODEL OF THE PRACTIAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS AT THE ZVD INSTITUTE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
Abstract:Practical training of students is an important source of acquiring and developing professional competence in the field of technical security. The professional – mentor in the actual work environment – has an important role. At the Institute of Occupational Safety Ltd. practical training provides insight needed by future professionals in occupational safety and fire safety. The research examines the concept of practical training of students in order to enhance the model if necessary and thus contributing to more efficient and in-depth training. The theoretical part of the research focuses in detail on basic learning, educational and training principles, the role of the mentor and mentorship in practical training and the role of planning, implementation and evaluation of practical training. The empirical part of the research focuses on relationships or better the mentor-student relationship, the collaboration in practical training between mentors in the work environment and the coordinator at the faculty, the mentor-mentorship relationship, mentor's pedagogical and andragogical knowledge and his collaboration with students and the documentation used in practical training. The last part of the questionnaire explores how mentors would improve mentorship in the work environment.
