|Opis:||Modern people are living with stress. Some stressors we cannot be avoided, because certain types of stress lead us through life. A dose of stress can help us, because it helps us determine what we want to do and what not, it helps us to grow into mature and self-confident people. Of course, stress must be managed, because if we cannot handle it, we lose control over ourselves. The consequences of stress can psychically destroy us and also impact our productivity at work.
The survey, which was conducted in the EU, confirms that every third worker is exposed to stress, where we get to the number 40 million people. We acknowledge that stress grew into an epidemic and that people often do not know how to stop it.
After analyzing the results of the survey, we acknowledge that stress is present in the organization Kompas, jsc, but within limits that allow employees to work better and more efficiently. We found that the majority of respondents like their work and that they have good relations with colleagues and superiors. They said that it is most stressful to take responsibility for others, dealing with time pressure, the organizational structure and culture, and occasionally working with clients.
We also found that none of the respondents has major health problems due to stress.
In order to prevent stress respondents organize their time, their do not suppress their emotions, but express them directly and have no difficulties to refuse a request, if they cannot do it. They do not solve their problems with alcohol or with different sedative agents.
The organization only occasionally helps in solving stressful situations by creating work, identifying the roles of each employee and developing communication skills between superiors and subordinates.
An interesting and positive information after the analysis of the survey is that more than half of the respondents said that they would never go on sick leave because of stress at work, which tells us that employees are satisfied with their job and know how to prevent stress in the workplace. |
