Title:ANALIZA STRESA ZAPOSLENIH V ORGANIZACIJI KOMPAS D.D.

Abstract:Sodobni ljudje živimo s stresom. Nekaterim stresorjem se ni možno izogniti, ker nas določene vrste stresa vodijo skozi življenje. Odmerek stresa nam lahko tudi pomaga, saj z njim razčlenimo, kaj želimo narediti in česa ne, pomaga nam, da zrastemo v zrele in samozavestne ljudi. Seveda, stres je treba obvladati, saj če ga ne obvladamo, izgubimo nadzor nad seboj. Posledice stresa nas lahko psihično uničijo, prav tako vplivajo na našo produktivnost pri delu. Anketa, ki je bila narejena v EU, potrjuje, da je vsak tretji delavec izpostavljen stresu; tako pridemo do števila 40 milijonov ljudi. Ugotavljamo, da je stres zrastel v epidemijo, katere ljudje pogosto ne znamo ustaviti. Po analizirani anketi ugotavljamo, da je stres v organizaciji Kompas, d. d., prisoten, vendar v mejah, ki omogočajo zaposlenimi, da delajo boljše in učinkovitejše. Ugotovili smo, da večji del anketirancev rado dela svoje delo ter da ima s sodelavci in nadrejenimi dobre odnose. Najbolj jih spravi v stres odgovornost za druge, časovni pritisk, organizacijska struktura in kultura, občasno pa tudi delo s strankami. Ugotovili smo tudi, da noben od anketirancev nima večjih zdravstvenih težav zaradi stresa. Da bi pa preprečili stres, anketiranci organizirajo svoj čas, svojih čustev ne potiskajo, ampak jih neposredno izražajo, prav tako jim ni težko odkloniti prošnje, če jo ne morejo narediti. Težav nikakor ne rešujejo z alkoholom ali z različnimi pomirjevalnimi sredstvi. Organizacija le občasno pomaga pri reševanju stresnih situacij z oblikovanjem dela, opredeljevanjem vlog vsakega zaposlenega ter oblikuje komunikacijske spretnosti med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi. Zanimiva in pozitivna informacija po analiziranju ankete je, da več kot polovica anketiranih pravi, da nikoli ne bi šla na bolniško zaradi stresa v službi, kar nam pove, da so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojo zaposlitvijo in da znajo preprečiti stres na delovnem mestu.

Title:STRESS ANALYSIS WITHIN THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY KOMPAS LTD.
Abstract:Modern people are living with stress. Some stressors we cannot be avoided, because certain types of stress lead us through life. A dose of stress can help us, because it helps us determine what we want to do and what not, it helps us to grow into mature and self-confident people. Of course, stress must be managed, because if we cannot handle it, we lose control over ourselves. The consequences of stress can psychically destroy us and also impact our productivity at work. The survey, which was conducted in the EU, confirms that every third worker is exposed to stress, where we get to the number 40 million people. We acknowledge that stress grew into an epidemic and that people often do not know how to stop it. After analyzing the results of the survey, we acknowledge that stress is present in the organization Kompas, jsc, but within limits that allow employees to work better and more efficiently. We found that the majority of respondents like their work and that they have good relations with colleagues and superiors. They said that it is most stressful to take responsibility for others, dealing with time pressure, the organizational structure and culture, and occasionally working with clients. We also found that none of the respondents has major health problems due to stress. In order to prevent stress respondents organize their time, their do not suppress their emotions, but express them directly and have no difficulties to refuse a request, if they cannot do it. They do not solve their problems with alcohol or with different sedative agents. The organization only occasionally helps in solving stressful situations by creating work, identifying the roles of each employee and developing communication skills between superiors and subordinates. An interesting and positive information after the analysis of the survey is that more than half of the respondents said that they would never go on sick leave because of stress at work, which tells us that employees are satisfied with their job and know how to prevent stress in the workplace.
