Title:PRIMERJALNA ANALIZA SPLETNIH PORTALOV SLOVENSKIH ZAVAROVALNIC

Abstract:Dandanes smo priča razvoju tehnologij, interneta, ki je povzročila nastanek elektronskega poslovanja. Med elektronsko poslovanje pa spada prav tako elektronsko zavarovalništvo. Pred leti so podjetja uporabljala internet za namene predstavitve na svoji spletni strani, vendar danes takšen način poslovanja več ne zadostuje, saj se je spletno poslovanje od takrat do danes zelo razvilo. V kolikor želijo zavarovalnice elektronsko poslovati potrebujejo spletni portal. Oblikujejo jih strokovnjaki različnih področij, ki sestavljajo projektno skupino. Da bi zavarovalnice na portal privabile čim večje število strank morajo stran nenehno ažurirati, prilagajati spremembam in izboljševati. Za vse spletne portale je značilna: enotna prijava, predstavitev, poosebljanje, posredovanje in upravljanje vsebin, taksonomija, iskanje, administracija in varnost, komunikacija in kolaboracija. V magistrskem delu smo analizirali spletne portale šestih slovenskih zavarovalnic: Zavarovalnica Maribor, Adiatic Slovenica, Generali Zavarovalnica, Grawe Zavarovalnica, Zavarovalnica Tilia, Zavarovalnica Triglav. Med vsemi šestimi portali so nekateri bolj, druge manj zanimivi, uporabni in kvalitetni. S področja zavarovalništva portal ponuja: informacije različnih vrst zavarovanj, možno sprotno pridobivanje informacij preko direktno postavljenih vprašanj uporabnika, iskalnik informacij, kazalo strani, spremembo jezika (ang., nem.), slovarček z obrazložitvijo pojmov, anketni vprašalnik, nagradne igre, naročilo svetovalca in prijavo na e-novice. Zraven ponujajo storitve kot so: on-line zavarovanja, informativne izračune, prijavo škode. Kljub temu da so spletni portali zavarovalnic dobro oblikovani, smo našli nekaj pomankljivosti in podali lastne predloge o izboljšanju le-teh, ki smo jih zajeli v magistrskem delu. Zavarovalnice se morajo zavedati pomembnosti elektronskega poslovanja oz. elektronskega zavarovalništva v prihodnosti, nenehno slediti spremembam ter nadgrajevati in izboljševati spletne portale.

Title:A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF WEB PORTALS OF SLOVENIAN INSURANCE COMPANIES
Abstract:The modern development of technologies and the Internet which we have witnessed have brought about the upraise of electronic business operations among which we can also place the electronic insurance operations. In the past companies used the Internet to present themselves at their homepages, however, this kind of business has become obsolete, as web operations have developed largely since then. Should an insurance company aim for a start of doing electronic business it will need a web portal. Web portals are designed by project teams of experts who cover various fields. To attract a maximum number of customers to their portal, the insurance companies have to update, adjust to changes and improve their web page. Web portals have some joint characteristics: common sign-in, presentation, personification, transfer and management of content, taxonomies, search, administration and security, communication and collaboration. This dissertation analyses the web portals of six Slovenian insurance companies: Zavarovalnica Maribor, Adriatic Slovenica, Generali Zavarovalnica, Grawe Zavarovalnica, Zavarovalnica Tilia and Zavarovalnica Triglav. Some of these portals are more, and others are less interesting and useful, and again some are of higher and others of lower quality. The portals offer the following possibilities: information on various types of insurance, possibility of acquiring immediate information through direct user questions, information browsers, page maps, language choice (English, German), a dictionary with the explanations of basic terms, questionnaires, prize games, orders for personal consultancy and subscription to e-newsletters. In addition to this wide offer the portals include a wide range of internet services being: on-line insurance buying, informative calculations and damage reporting. Despite the fact that the web portals of insurance companies are well designed, we have found some fault and given our own suggestion how to solve the ones dealt with in this dissertation. The insurance companies have to bear in mind the rising importance of electronic operations or electronic insurance business operations in the future, constantly follow the changes and upgrade and improve their web portals.
