Title:OCENJEVANJE PRAKTIČNEGA USPOSABLJANJA ŠTUDENTOV NA VISOKI ŠOLI ZA ZDRAVSTVO IZOLA

Abstract:Klinično usposabljanje je del študija Zdravstvena nege, obsega 2300 ur in se odvija v kliničnem okolju. Usposabljanje vodijo visokošolski učitelji in klinični mentorji, ki so v osnovi diplomirane medicinske sestre, strokovnjaki na področju zdravstvene nege. Na Visoki šoli za zdravstvo Izola, sedaj preimenovani v Fakulteto za vede o zdravju, je študent v okviru kliničnega usposabljanja ocenjen z dvostopenjsko oceno opravil/ni opravil, te ocene niso podprte z elementi in merili ocenjevanja. Šolski koordinatorji ugotavljamo, da je potrebno postaviti ustreznejši način ocenjevanja, ki bo opisno podprt, s tem bo ocena pridobila na informativni vrednosti, zmanjšala pa se bo subjektivnost ocenjevanja. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo opredelili ocenjevanje kot del izobraževalnega procesa. Poseben poudarek smo dali ocenjevanju praktičnega usposabljanja študentov zdravstvene nege ter poiskali rezultate raziskav o ocenjevanju praktičnega usposabljanja v tujini. Med študenti Fakultete za vede o zdravju in kliničnimi mentorji pripadajočih kliničnih okolij smo s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov opravili raziskavo, s katero smo pridobili mnenja o sedanjem načinu ocenjevanja in ugotavljali pripravljenost na spremembe v ocenjevanju praktičnega usposabljanja. Na podlagi študija literature in rezultatov opravljene raziskave smo pripravili nov sistem ocenjevanja s poudarkom na formativnem ocenjevanju, ki vključuje tudi aktivno vlogo študenta.

Title:ASSESSMENT IN CLINICAL PRACTICE OF STUDENTS IN COLLEGE OF HEALTH CARE IZOLA
Abstract:Clinical trainingis part of astudy ofhealthcare, volume2300 hoursandtakes placein a clinical setting. Trainingleadteachersandclinicalsupervisorswhoare primarilynurses, expertsin the field ofnursing. The students of the College of Health Care Izola, now Faculty of Health Sciences are assessed by a two-stage evaluation of pass/fail in the clinical training, these estimates are not supported by elements and assessment criteria. School coordinators find out that is necessary to set appropriate, descriptive supported assessment method. This will blow up the information value and decreased the subjectivity of the evaluation. In the theoretical part we defined evaluation as a part of educational process. We emphasised the nursing students assessment of clinical practice and collected foreign researches about evaluation of health care. Two questionnaires were used to research among students and special field clinical mentors. We collected their opinions about the current mode of evaluation of clinical practice and got their willingness to change it. Based on thestudy ofliteratureandconductedresearchamong studentsand clinicalmentors, we prepareda new system ofevaluation byan emphasis onformativeassessment, whichincludes activestudentrole.
