Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema opis delovanja in programiranja modulov AEG Modicon s PLK Siemens SIMATIC S7-400. Osnovni namen je snovanje učnega gradiva, ki bo izpopolnilo trenutne smernice poučevanja avtomatizacije ter z njo povezanega programiranja PLK. V prvem delu je predstavljen Siemensov krmilnik, njegove lastnosti in namenski programski paket STEP 7, ki se uporablja za upravljanje s SIMATIC opremo. Podrobneje so razčlenjeni moduli AEG Modicon, pri čemer smo za modul ET 706, ki predstavlja proces polnilnice steklenic, napisali uporabniški program. Naposled je zanj predstavljen opis izdelave centralnega nadzornega sistema SCADA, ki je realiziran v programu WinCC.

Title:AEG MODICON MODULES BASED PLK PROGRAMMING
Abstract:The graduation thesis presents functional description and programming modules AEG Modicon using PLC Siemens SIMATIC S7-400. Fundamental purpose is composition of educational material, which will improve current guidelines for teaching automation and related skills of programming PLC. This thesis describes characteristics of Siemens controller, as well as specific software suite STEP 7, intended for SIMATIC equipment. Moreover, AEG Modicon modules are described thoroughly, whereby we developed user program for module ET 706, which represents bottles filling machine. Finally we described composition of supervisory control SCADA, realized within WinCC software.
