Title:ANALIZA TURISTIČNE PONUDBE IN IZBRANIH VPLIVNIH FAKTORJEV NA OBMOČJU SLOVENJ GRADCA

Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju se ukvarjamo s področjem turizma, in sicer problematiko manj znanih destinacij izven glavnih mest in glavnih turističnih poti. V začetku seminarja predstavljamo značilnosti destinacijskega managementa, pri katerem stroka vedno pogosteje opozarja na problematiko ruralnih in manj znanih krajev ter išče vedno nove priložnosti za razvoj turizma tudi na mestih, ki niso turistom najbolj znana. V svoji raziskavi in analizi virov predstavljamo pereč problem manj znanih krajev, ki je slaba omreženost oziroma neustrezna prometna infrastruktura. Poudarjamo tudi pomen marketinških aktivnosti in človeških virov – oboje je pogosta problematika manj znanih krajev izven glavnih mest. Kot rešitev za manj znane destinacije izven glavnih mest navajamo mreženje destinacij, ki poteka na več ravneh in po več fazah ter predstavlja povezovanje med gospodarskimi subjekti, investitorji, turisti, domačini in objekti na različnih, manjših in večjih destinacijah. Z mreženjem destinacij dosežemo sinergijski učinek, kjer celota deluje bolje kot njen posamezni element, tj. v našem primeru ena destinacija, oddaljena od glavnih turističnih poti. Prav tako v diplomskem seminarju prikazujemo oblikovanje turističnih produktov in storitev, pomen trženjskih raziskav in promocije za pridobivanje novih gostov in ohranjanje starih. Ugotavljamo, da so zaželeni inovativni pristopi, s katerimi pridobivamo nove goste in hkrati ohranjamo stare. V aplikativnem delu predstavljamo primerjave, ocene in opise projektov, ki se nam zdijo pomembni za razvoj turizma na območju Koroške in Slovenj Gradca. Po preučitvi ankete, ki smo jo pripravili, vidimo, da naše ugotovitve, projekti, ki so v pripravi in mnenja sogovornikov, ustrezajo pričakovanjem in potrjujejo hipotezo, ki smo jo postavili v začetku naloge.

Title:ANALYSIS OF TOURISM OFFER AND SELECTED INFLUENTIAL FACTORS ON TOURISM OFFER IN SLOVENJ GRADEC REGION
Abstract:In our paper we are dealing with tourism, especially with problems linked to less known destinations outside of capital towns and important roads. In the begining we are sharing lectures, which resembly destination management. Destination management is well-known for its contribution to rural tourism and its problems. Furthermore, destination management in continously searching for new opportunities in developing tourism even in places, which are not widely known to tourists. In our research we present the main problem of deserted destinations, which is traffic infrastructure. In addition, we want to emphasize the meaning of marketing activities and human resources when developing a successful tourist destination. As a solution for deserted destinations or rural tourism we present destination network, which is an important concept of destination management. This concept is dealing with investors, local people, tourists and companies, which are not located at the same place, but they are trying to achieve sinergy effect throughout their cooperation. In our diploma we also focus on developing tourist products and important services, which are linked to successful marketing and promotions. Our main goal should be keeping old guests and bringing new – in achieving this goal we should focus on innovative approach and ideas from local people. Fruthermore, we present our research, in which we have compared and desribed few projects, which are important for us when trying to develop a successful tourism outside main roads and capital towns. After analysing our survey we have found out that out assumptions, opinions from interviewees and projects are similar and so far confirming our main thesis.
