Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji na izvedbi regulacije temperature s pomočjo merilnika temperature LM35, žarnice kot grelnega telesa in ventilatorja kot hladilnega sredstva. Predstavljen je didaktični pripomoček - AEG modul za simulacijo sistema centralne kurjave. Opisan je logični krmilnik Omron CJ1G z vhodno in izhodno enoto in program CX Programmer za programiranje v lestvični tehniki, ter program CX Supervisor za izdelavo uporabniškega vmesnika. Opisan je postopek umerjanja vhodnega signala in tripoložajni regulator, ki smo ga uporabili za regulacijo procesa. V zadnjem poglavju smo predstavili rezultate testiranj prilagoditvenih vezij za temperaturni senzor in delovanje obeh programov.

Title:AEG MODICON UPGRADE FOR HVAC PROCESS SIMULATION
Abstract:Diploma work is based on implementation of temperature regulation using temperature sensor LM35, light bulb as a heating element and a fan as a cooling medium. A didactic tool - AEG module is presented for the simulation of central heating. We described the logic controller Omron CJ1G with it`s input and output units and a software package CX One for programming in ladder technique, and program CX Supervisor for making the user interface. Also, we described the process of scaling the input signal, and a three position regulator, used for temperature regulation. In the last chapter we presented the results of adjustment circuits for temperature sensor, and functioning of both programs.
