Abstract:V diplomskem delu je določena in ustrezno preračunana gred bobna pralnega stroja. Glavna obremenitev na gred izvira iz neenakomerne razporeditve perila v bobnu pralnega stroja, kar povzroča pri višjih vrtljajih velike centrifugalne sile, ki upogibno obremenjujejo gred. Na podlagi materialnih podatkov in maksimalnega upogibnega momenta je določen minimalni premer gredi. Gred je tudi ustrezno trdnostno preračunana na prehodih iz večjega na manjši premer. Za določitev ležajev je sprva izračunana srednja ekvivalentna dinamična obremenitev. Obema ležajema je potem določena še življenjska doba. Dimenzionirana je tudi puša, ki služi za naslon enega od ležajev, ter predvidena oblika ohišja ležajnega sklopa.

Title:Bearing and shaft design of a washing machine
Abstract:In this graduation thesis a suitable shaft of a washing machine is designed and calculated. The dominant load on the shaft originates from the unbalanced laundry in the drum, which at high rpm causes large centrifugal forces. The result of the centrifugal force is a banding moment on the shaft. The minimal diameter of the shaft is calculated based on material data and the maximum bending moment. The shaft is also adequately designed on transitions from bigger to smaller shaft diameters. Bearings are selected based on equivalent dynamical load. We also calculate bearings life time and design a bush that serves as a shoulder of a bearing. Also a raw design of bearing housing is presented.
