Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je podrobneje predstavljena avtomatizacija tračne žage Prvomajska SELECT-O-MAT-320. Avtomatizacija je predstavljena v smislu načrtovanja, izbire strojne in programske opreme, ki so potrebne za zanesljivo delovanje v industrijskem okolju. Podrobneje je opisana zasnova krmilja, krmilnik HITACHI serije EH in njegova zgradba, frekvenčni pretvornik ter delovanje naprave v ročnem in avtomatskem režimu. Opisan je tudi programski del in izvedba programa z diagramom poteka, zagon in testiranje. Z avtomatizacijo projekta smo pripomogli k povečanju proizvodnje za že obstoječem stroju, ter k večji varnosti in boljšim delovnim razmeram.

Title:AUTOMATIZATION OF THE METAL CUTTING BAND SAW PRVOMAJSKA SELECT-O-MAT 320
Abstract:We represent a detailed description of automatization of the metal cutting saw Prvomajska SELECT-O-MAT 320. Automatization is presented in terms of planning and choice of software and hardware, required for reliable operation in the industrial environment. A detailed description on the design of control system, controller HITACHI EH series and its structure, the inverter and the operation of the machine in manual and automatic mode is provided. It also outlines the programming and implementation of the program with flowchart and start testing. The automatization project has contributed to an increase in production and greater security and better working conditions for employees.
