Abstract:
V zadnjih letih se ljudje čedalje bolj zavedamo posledic, ki jih s svojim ravnanjem povzročamo okolju in posledično tudi nam samim. Gradbena in arhitekturna stroka se tako intenzivno ukvarja z iskanjem ustreznih ekoloških rešitev in načinov za energetsko učinkovitost gradnje. Les kot naraven material ima že v osnovi najboljše izhodišče za energijsko učinkovitost gradnje. Diplomski izpit združuje teorijo in prakso pravilnega načrtovanja nizkoenergijske leseno montažne hiše. V nalogi bomo prikazali energetski in ekonomski izkaz vrstnih hiš. Med seboj bomo primerjali posamezne enote vrstne hiše in pokazali katera enota v letu porabi manj energije za ogrevanje glede na postavitev in katera je stroškovno naj ugodnejša. Z izračuni želimo pokazati, da s kvalitetno zasnovo in izbiro trajnostnih materialov, lahko zasnujemo objekt, ki ni samo kvalitetnejši za bivanje, ampak tudi ekološko ugodnejši.

Title:
ENERGY AND ECONOMIC STATEMENT FOR WOOD CONSTRUCTION OF LOW ENERGY SEMI-DETACHED HOUSES
Abstract:
Recently people are increasingly aware of consequences which our actions cause to the enviroment and, consequently, to ourselves. Construction and architectural proffesion is intensively dealing with search for suitable ecological solutions and means for energy efficiency of construction, whereby wood, as a natural material, already has the best starting point for such construction. The diploma exam comprises the theory and practice of correct planning of a low energy wooden prefabricated house. We are going to present the energy and economic statement of semi-detached houses. We are going to compare the individual units of a semi-detached house and show which unit uses less energy for heating, depending on its layout, per year and which one is the most economical. With our calculations we wish to prove that with a quality design and choice of sustainable materials we can construct a building which does not only offer better living conditions, but is also more ecological.
