Abstract:Podjetje ne more biti uspešno v današnjem času, če njegovi odjemalci niso zadovoljni, saj so postali tako izbirčni in zahtevni s svojimi željami in potrebami, da jim podjetja komajda dohajajo s svojo ponudbo. Trgi so postali tako nasičeni s konkurenco, da je spremljanje želja odjemalcev edini način, da lahko podjetje na trgu obstoji. Izdelki in storitve se po navadi med podjetji bistveno ne razlikujejo, zato je potrebno ponuditi odjemalcem nekaj drugega, nekaj edinstvenega, to so tako imenovane dodatne storitve, ki prepričajo odjemalca, da pride nakupovat k vam in ne k vašem konkurentu. Podjetja se morajo začeti zavedati, da so nakupno odvisna od svojih odjemalcev in da če se ne bodo prilagajala njihovim potrebam in željam ne bodo obstala na trgu. Samo če podjetje pozna želje in potrebe svojih odjemalcev, lahko prepozna tudi svoje prednosti in slabosti in tako izboljša svoje poslovanje in obdrži odjemalce. Prav tako pa na ta način pridobi nove, saj poveča njihovo zadovoljstvo. Podjetje se mora zavedati, da na zadovoljstvo odjemalcev ne vpliva le cena in ponudba izdelkov, ampak nanj vpliva večja skupina dejavnikov. Zato je pomembno, da se podjetje teh dejavnikov zaveda in da jih upošteva pri grajenju pristopa do odjemalcev. Le tako si bodo zagotovili zadostno mero njihovega zadovoljstva, posledično pa bodo odjemalci ostali zvesti ponudniku. Z diplomsko nalogo sem želel ugotoviti, kako so odjemalci zadovoljni z Trgovskim centom Mercator na Taboru, saj je zelo nova prodajalna. Z raziskavo sem ugotovil, da so odjemalci na splošno zadovoljni s prodajalno Mercator na Taboru.

Title:RESEARCH OF BUYER SATISFACTION WITH THE NEW SHOPPING CENTER MERCATOR IN MARIBOR - TABOR
Abstract:Company is unable to successfully exist today if its clients are not satisfied. Customers have become so choosy and demanding with their desires and needs. Markets have become so saturated with competition that follows the wishes of the customers, so that is the only way that a company can exist on the market. Products and services between firms are not usually significantly different so one needs to offer customers something different, something unique, the so-called additional services that satisfy client shopping to come to you rather than your competitor. Companies must become aware that the purchase depends on its clients and that if they do not adjust to their needs and wishes they will not stand in the market. Only if a company knows the wants and needs of its customers can it identify their strengths and weaknesses and also improve their business and retain customers as well as to acquire new ones. Company should be aware that the customer satisfaction is not affected only by the price and product range, but it is affected by a large group of factors. It is therefore important that the company is aware of these factors and take them into account in building approach to customers. Only in this way will they ensure a sufficient degree of customer satisfaction and, consequently, the clients will remain loyal to their brands. In the thesis I wanted to find out how customers are satisfied with the Mercator Shopping center on Tabor, since it is a very new mall. In research I have found that customers are generally satisfied with the Mercator store in Tabor.
