Title:MODEL IZVEDBE KOMUNIKACIJ V RADIJSKEM NADZORNO-MERILNEM SISTEMU

Abstract:Agencija za pošto in elektronske komunikacije Republike Slovenije uporablja za nadzor radiofrekvenčnega spektra dvanajst lokacij, ki so daljinsko upravljane in razporejene po ozemlju države. V magistrski nalogi je na kratko predstavljen radijski nadzorno-merilni sistem, ki se trenutno uporablja. Za daljinski dostop do posameznih lokacij se uporabljajo različne vrste tehnologij (ISDN, ADSL, UMTS, optika, mikrovalovna usmerjena zveza). Nekatere od teh tehnologij so že zastarele, nekatere aktualne in druge prihodnost. V magistrski nalogi je opravljena primerjalna analiza vseh uporabljanih komunikacijskih tehnologij in predlagan prihodnji razvoj po treh možnih različnih modelih sodobnejših tehnologij. Ti so uporaba optičnih priključkov, uporaba mikrovalovnih usmerjenih zvez in kombinacija uporabe obeh tehnologij. Za vsak model je narejena analiza SWOT. Izpostavljen je najprimernejši model izvedbe komunikacij, ki vsebuje kombinacijo uporabe obeh tehnologij. Utemeljen je po stroškovni strani in uporabnosti. Podanih je nekaj smernic in pogledov na nadaljnji razvoj.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION MODEL FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN RADIO MONITORING SYSTEM
Abstract:Post and Electronic Communications Agency of the Republic of Slovenia is using for monitoring of the radio frequency spectrum twelve sites that are remotely controlled and dispersed across the country. A brief overview of this monitoring system, which is currently used, is included in this paper. For remote access to specific locations different types of technologies (ISDN, ADSL, UMTS, optics, microwave directed link) are being used. Some technologies are already out of date, some of them are currently modern and some are tomorrow’s technologies. This paper consists of comparative analysis of all communication technologies used and points out future development of three models of different access type. These are use of fiber optics connections, use of microwave radio links and the combination of both technologies. For each model SWOT analysis is made. The best communication performance model is exposed, which contains a combination of the two technologies. Justification is made based on the cost analysis and the usability. Some guidelines and perspectives are given for further developments for the conclusion.
