Abstract:Proces zaposlovanja je namenjen vsem aktivnostim od določitve prostih delovnih mest do sklenitve pogodbe o zaposlitvi z namenom zagotoviti organizaciji kandidate, ki imajo potrebno znanje, spretnosti in sposobnosti za učinkovito izvajanje nalog na področju zdravstvene nege. Potreba po zaposlitvi novega delavca nastane največkrat zaradi odhoda katerega od zaposlenih, porodniške, zaradi širitve obsega delovnih nalog ali daljših odsotnosti redno zaposlenih. Pri izbiri kandidatov za zaposlitev je pomembno tudi, da kandidati izpolnjujejo zahteve delovnega mesta in značilnosti osebe za prosta delovna mesta.

Title:Recruitment process in the organizational system of nursing care
Abstract:The process of employment is intended for all activities, from determination of free work positions to making an employment contract with the purpose of ensuring the organisation candidates, which have the needed knowledge, skills and abilities for effective performance of tasks in the field of nursing. The need to recruit a new employee usually occurs because of the departure of one of the employees, maternity leave, because of widening of the scope of tasks or longer periods of absence of staff. When choosing a candidate for employment it is also necessary that the candidate fulfils all the requirements of the position and the characteristics of a person for the free positions.
