Opis:Plavanje za najtežje gibalno ovirane osebe pomeni edino aktivnost, pri kateri jim je povsem ali delno omogočeno samostojno gibanje. Primeren obseg gibanja v vodi pozitivno vpliva na srčno-žilni, dihalni, hormonalni, mišično-skeletni, živčni in energetski sistem. Fizikalne lastnosti vode nudijo posebne pogoje, v katerih gibalno ovirane osebe lahko dokaj samostojno ali ob pomoči asistenta premikajo mišične sklope in s tem telesne segmente. Zaradi tega plavanje še posebej vpliva na samopodobo in samozavest teh oseb. Za izvajanje različnih terapij in pomoči gibalno oviranim pri plavanju so nujni tudi asistenti, ki poznajo to področje. Tudi za gibalno ovirane osebe je pomembno, da se še pred izvajanjem plavanja ali gibanja v vodi s to tematiko seznanijo in se tako laže znebijo strahu pred nečem novim. Izobraževalne vsebine o plavanju gibalno oviranih so običajno dosegljive le v tiskani obliki, kar pa jim predstavlja nepremostljivo oviro. Najenostavnejša pot do prebiranja različnih vsebin za gibalno ovirane osebe je vsebina, predstavljena v elektronski obliki, kjer si bralec pomaga z uporabo različnih oblik mišk. S pomočjo SWOT analize (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) smo pridobili potrebne informacije in celovito oceno o trenutnem stanju podajanja informacij in literature o plavanju gibalno oviranih oseb. Na osnovi SWOT analize smo strukturirali še TOWS matriko in razvili strategije, ki so pokazale možnosti za zmanjšanje slabosti in nevarnosti ter pokazale nove poti izobraževanja o plavanju gibalno oviranih. Ugotovitve smo uporabili pri razvoju spletnega portala, ki smo ga oblikovali s pomočjo 3D spiralnega modela, in to na osnovi štirih prostorskih polj: določi, ovrednoti, planiraj in razvijaj, ter skozi štiri nivoje: razvoj koncepta projekta, razvoj novega produkta, rast produkta in vzdrževanje produkta. Za analizo vsebine spletnega portala smo uporabili Lindičev model CUT (Contents, Usability, Technology). S SWOT analizo smo ugotovili, da na področju izobraževanja o plavanju gibalno oviranih oseb ne obstaja veliko literature. Večino izobraževalne vsebine najdemo v tiskani obliki, na spletu in v slovenskem jeziku pa jih praktično ni. TOWS matrika nam ponuja strategije, ki dovoljujejo organizacijo večjega števila izobraževanj, objavljanje literature in novosti v elektronski obliki ter sodelovanje različnih strokovnjakov s področja plavanja gibalno oviranih oseb z različnimi fakultetami in raziskovalnimi centri. Razvoj spletne strani je potekal s pomočjo spiralnega modela in načel ergonomije spletnih strani. V zadnjem delu smo oblikovali spletno mesto, namenjeno izobraževanju o plavanju gibalno oviranih ljudi. Pri oblikovanju smo se osredotočili na preprostost in berljivost strani, saj želimo, da je razumljiva čim širšemu krogu ljudi. Upoštevali smo tudi druga ergonomska načela pri izdelavi spletne strani, kot so hitrost, interaktivnost, prilagodljivost, prilagojenost in dostopnost. Primernost vsebine na spletnem portalu smo dokazali z uporabo Lindičevega modela CUT.

Naslov:DESIGN OF ERGONOMICALLY ADAPTED WEBSIDE ABOUT SWIMMING OF PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PEOPLE
Opis:For a physically disabled persons swimming is the only activity that enables them to fully or partially move independently. The appropriate scope of exercise in the water has a positive effect on the cardiovascular, respiratory, hormonal, musculoskeletal, nervous and energy systems. Physical properties of water provide the specific conditions in which the physically disabled persons can fairly independently or with the help of an assistant move lots of muscular complexes and thus the body segments. Therefore, swimming particularly affects the self-esteem and self-confidence of these people. For the implementation of various therapies and assistance to disabled people in swimming, assistants who know this field of work are necessary. For disabled people it is also important that before the start of swimming and activities in water they get familiar with this issue and lose the fear of something new. Educational contents about swimming of disabled people are usually available only in printed form, which to disabled people represents an insurmountable obstacle. The simplest way to reading of different content for disabled people is the content presented in an electronic form, where the readers can help themselves with using different kinds of computer mice. With the help of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) we obtained the necessary information and comprehensive assessment of the current state of providing information and literature about swimming of disabled people. Based on SWOT analysis we have structured TOWS matrix and developed strategies that have shown potential for reducing weaknesses and threats and shown new paths to education about swimming of disabled people. The findings were used to develop a web portal, which was created in a 3D spiral model, based on four spatial fields: define, evaluate and develop through four levels: project concept development, new product development, product growth and maintenance of the product. We used the Lindic CUT model (Contents, Usability, Technology) to analyze the content of a web portal. With SWOT analysis we found out that in the field of education about swimming of disabled people there is not much literature available. Most of the courses are found in printed form, but online and in Slovenian language we can hardly find some. TOWS matrix provides us with strategies, which allow organizing higher number of training and education, publishing of literature and novelties in electronic form and the collaboration of various experts from the field of swimming of disabled people with different Universities and research centres. Development of the website was made with the help of the spiral model and the principles of websites ergonomics. In the last part we have created a website dedicated to education about swimming of disabled people. When designing it, we focused on simplicity and readability of webpage because we wanted that it to be understandable to the widest possible audience. We also considered other ergonomic principles in the production of websites, such as speed, interactivity, flexibility, adaptability and availability. Appropriate content on web portal was demonstrated with the use of Lindic CUT model.
