Abstract:Diplomsko delo opisuje postopek iskanja najprimernejše rešitve preverjanja utora na pestu za homokinetični zglob in izdelavo kontrolne naprave. Z izbrano rešitvijo smo želeli vplivati na zmanjšanje reklamacij, katerih posledica so tudi manjši stroški in zvišanje produktivnost podjetja. Za obvladovanja kakovosti smo izbrali metodo »POKA YOKE«, ki preprečuje naključne napake, s predhodno metodo analiz možnih napak in posledic (FMEA). V diplomskem delu so predstavljene tudi ostale možnosti celovitega obvladovanja kakovosti. Ker je zaradi novih metod nastala nova kontrolna naprava, smo le to zaradi lažje predstave in izdelave zmodelirali s programskim paketom Catia V5.

Title:Quality control process of inner race assembly by using Poka Yoke method
Abstract:Thesis describes the procedure for finding the best solutions to verify the groove presence at the inner race of constant velocity joint and manufacture of checking devices. With chosen solution we want to impact on reduction of claims, which also results in lower costs and increase business productivity. For quality control, we chose the method of “Poka Yoke”, which prevents accidental errors, with previous method of analysis of possible failures and consequences (FMEA). The thesis also presents other options of Total Quality Management. Because of new methods, we designed a new checking device, which was for better performances and production modeled with software Catia V5.
